This is a very busy ice cream parlor and the staff seemed a little unorganized, but that being said, the were all very polite and tried to be attentive.
What prompted me to leave a review was the ice cream sandwich that I purchased to have at home. I haven't had 1 of these before, and I won't be having 1 again! The chocolate cookie was very course and crumbly unlike the soft, melt-in-your-mouth type that I'm used to. There are also ice cream sandwiches with vanilla cookies - I don't know how they compare.
My daughter's cup of pistachio ice cream with coconut and crumbles was delicious!

Nice little shop for ice cream. Stopped I'm during the heat. My ice melted quite quickly before leaving the shop. The freezers must've struggled to stay cold in the hot weather.

Staff were kind and helpful. Areas were clean and orderly.
Would get ice from here again.

Lately, we went there. Ice creams were very soft/ melty. Prices are very high. We used to go there a lot but it's not budget friendly anymore. Good ice cream place but expensive

Terrible experience. Picked a selection already ingredients in it and when she made it she didn't include some of the ingredients. She removed from cone added the ingredients and put back into a new cone. Thank goodness. I just downloaded the app for the discount but their machine wasn't working for the discount. They had to ask what size I had. Can't you tell? Almost $10 for a regular size and plain cone. Rip off!!! Only been once before about 20 years ago. Won't be back.

May 11, 2024 my son place an order of 1L of custom ice cream and the person made an excuse that they can not do that because there are lots of people. Another they prapare the half liter not even full and there was extra that they put aside from what they made. They did not tap the container so the ice cream on top gets compact and yet it show it has small amount they set aside from themselves. Very far from the service we encounter from previous month and from other branches. We used to come here very often specailly when we crave ice cream a lot. The Saff right now are too lazy to do their job and kind off rip off for not making the container full. Very dissappointed of their customer service and how they talk to their customer.

The ice cream is always great! The service at the south common location seems to be hit and miss - depends on who serves you. Which is unfortunate. Their scanner for their loyalty program also never seems to work. At least this time they are taking your info, so they can manually add the points to your app.

Service was horrible! I don’t think the employee wanted to be there, very rude and impatient! She should not be working with people with that attitude! Ice cream was good as always, but I will not be returning to that location.

Overall, not impressed. There are a few points I’d like to share about my employee orientation experience. Got called in for an interview, all went well. However, came in a few days later for an orientation and apparently I wasn’t “following instructions”, even though I was mirroring everything the owner was instructing. I didn’t realize I had applied for a job that required perfection. I didn’t appreciate being singled out as there were two other people who were also in training and I was apparently “slow” compared to them. I didn’t even receive a payment after I had completed this shift even though that is against labour standards. This was my first and last shift at marble slab creamery. I would highly recommend not applying for a position here, as employees are not treated fairly by the employer.
