Have phoned two stores(Clareview annd Nanak) about being able to purchase and pick up 2x1 L of coffee/espresso ice cream. One store claimed not to have it in stock and the other only 1/2 litres (same story last week). I was fully willing to pay for 4 half litres and even if I ordered online, neither were willing to ‘build’ them tonight. Not sure if they care about taking my money. I guess not.

I went because I had a birthday coupon that was valid until the 22 when my birthday was the 18, and the guy there said that it wasn’t valid and it’s only on the day of my actual birthday when the coupon was for 4 days after my actual birthday.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Just went in today, and asked if I can have 2 scoops of different creations. One of the girls that was working the counter than proceeds to mix the ice creams together. I told her to please not mix the ice cream together and that I want them in the same cup but in different scoops, she then proceeded to argue with me then asks me what is she supposed to do with the ice cream she just mixed. I answered and said I don't know and that I'm not paying for it as it wasn't what I asked for. The other lady working the counter was much nicer and intervened and told her to just toss it. I then proceeded to just place one order of one flavor of icream as this was all she could seem to understand. She then proceeds to make my icecream and as she hands it to me to she rudely places is it on the counter. Just a tip for the rude girl working the counter if you cannot understand your customer or have the patience to have good customer service, maybe do not work In a place where you will be serving customers. For this reason I will never be coming into this location and by the many 1 star reviews I see here neither will a lot of people.

Best service. I ordered smoothie yesterday almost at the closing time but still they received my order and delivered a wonderful smoothie. Very cooperative employees and great customer service. # marbleslab ???? I love this place. Must visit.

The customer service was good, they were nice and got us what we needed. My boyfriend and I sat down to eat our ice cream and all of the tables, chairs and booths were covered in dried melted ice cream, toppings and crumbs. The floors were also covered in toppings and crumbs. Also the windows were absolutely disgusting. Please keep your store clean

Ordered my ice cream, The signage says that it's the same price for cup and comb. The basic cone I was charged $1.49 And I was told they do that now. I mentioned the signage and she did not seem to care and just smiled at me.

The two lady’s working have terrible customer service, made 3/5 ice creams wrong. Wrong toppings, sizes and flavours. Disappointed.
Used to love this place, but the past few years it has been awful.. we haven’t been in years and now I remember why. Took my sons here for a treat and all of the mixins were stale and disgusting, cookie dough was so hard it literally almost broke my tooth. Even my 4 and 5 year old barely touched their ice creamAnd said it tasted weird. We also got there 10 minutes after opening and I seen the lady lock the door and put the “be back in 5 minutes” sign up, we waited outside for 20 minutes until she unlocked the door. There was no other customers and it took her 15 minutes to make our orders. The chocolate was so stale it was white. We all only took a few bites and felt sick afterwards. $28 for 2 small ice creams. Super disappointing and will not go back.

Will never go back. They weigh the ice cream for the containers but the containers are not full. I doubt there's much difference between the medium and regular container. What I asked for was not mixed completely and there were big chunks left. Whatever add ons you want is such a tiny amount. These places charge so much for so little and poor customer service. When they have to close their doors forever they need to read all comments to understand why that happened. Go to safeway and get your money's worth. This place isn't it.

Nov 3 we went to biy cones. Upon entering the service person did not acknowledge us so we continued to look at ice creams available. I noticed that a LARGE number of ice cream containers appeared to be THAWED & REFROZEN...that is POISONOUS!!!! We left and the server said 'hello'...I said 'goodbye'. We will NOT RETURN & I WILL REPORT THEM TO The Health Department!! They should NOT be in bussiness!
