Worst butter pecan ice cream ever. Not fresh, no buttery texture and not one pecan. Zero. Better to go and buy a pint of Chapman's, it has better texture, quality, and flavour. Less expensive too. $9.00 for one scoop of thin watery, flavorless icemilk. Service was slow and indifferent. Save your money.

Jude and Aliyah were amazing, we came in right before closing, and they served all 6 of us with big smiles on their faces. The ice cream is next to none and the place was super clean. Kudos to you young ladies.

They had what I needed (premade ice cream cake) but the employee didn’t say a single word to me. Not a single word. She Just came up to the til, put the machine infront of me, and walked away before I had even paid.
Went here to get a birthday reward 2 days after the marble slab on 97 st namao refused to scan my app. The cashier was so sweet. God bless her soul for listening to my rant on the other Marble slab

The Clareview location has very poor customer service this Saturday April 12, 2025. A mini cake was ordered and half the flavours were out of stock, so a flavour that was listed in stock was picked. Was told the time to pick up and was there an hour after , to find out the flavour was not available. The one person on duty had very poor customer service. I was told, it is not in stock and she walked away to the back. I would like to know who the manager of this location is, because I was floored. Such bad service. I get retail Jobs can be hard, however if you can’t offer service with a smile….. find a different job or make the best of it. I did get another flavour(opposite of what I wanted) , but that’s not the point.

Terrible. The ice cream and cone quality at this location has plummeted. The cones were inedible, as they tasted old and rancid. Ice cream was so soft it was soupy at best. And the condition of the store was filthy. Will NEVER return here.

Have phoned two stores(Clareview annd Nanak) about being able to purchase and pick up 2x1 L of coffee/espresso ice cream. One store claimed not to have it in stock and the other only 1/2 litres (same story last week). I was fully willing to pay for 4 half litres and even if I ordered online, neither were willing to ‘build’ them tonight. Not sure if they care about taking my money. I guess not.

I went because I had a birthday coupon that was valid until the 22 when my birthday was the 18, and the guy there said that it wasn’t valid and it’s only on the day of my actual birthday when the coupon was for 4 days after my actual birthday.
