Marble slab was our go-to ice cream place and I usually get my fave rocky road. Just tonight I had a very bad one. Like when did marshmallows become so crunchy supposed to be soft and the walnuts that comes with it has this awful distinct taste. I dont know if they follow proper thawing and dating it right. The quality is not worth it for the price. Never again

Just visited this location with my family. Had to turn around and walk out as it smells like you just walked into an outhouse. The customer washroom had a sign on the door stating it was out of order; this perhaps is the source of the putrid stench.

I go the Marble Slab chain often, but my recent visit at this particular location was horrible. The bubblegum ice cream was nearly depleted and visibly freezer burnt. I requested a fresh tub, which seemed to irritate the lady working. When it came to adding marshmallows—my only requested add-in—the employee’s attitude was noticeably rude. The marshmallows she added were expired and disgusting, to the point where I had to spit them out. Overall, the service was unprofessional and the quality of the add in was horrendous. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

Staff were incredibly humble, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He took the time to explain the different flavors, offered samples, and helped me choose the perfect scoop.
