Don’t go to this location. Menu states you can make your own custom pint. Asked for a litre of cotton candy flavour and the employee (older gentleman) refused to make it for me and told me he’d only make me a custom half pint. Told me to get a premade litre out of the freezer. Take it off the menu if you cannot accommodate. Seems like other customers have had the same issue with this location.

Never having been here before, so good. So many choices and the service was excellent. Hello when we walked in, a very nice gentleman came to our table to see how things were and the ice cream is delicious. Won't even hesitate to go back.

Have been getting a litre of birthday cake every Friday for years and lately my husband and I started going to this location due to it being closer to home; however, unless you want to be scoffed at, told to come back another day, or have the shop owners refuse to make the litre due to it being a hassle then come here. Have never had this experience elsewhere and have had this experience from the same owners at this location multiple times now and would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Poor customer service, this is an ice cream shop right?

The older gentleman is the worst employee i have ever seen. I've had the same simple order for years ( birthday cake litre of icecream with brownies and oreos) but for some reason he refuses to do it and says "we don't do that here" im confused on whether he realizes that its a franchise and he doesn't just get to make his own rules. The menu behind him clearly states 1 litre with mixins of your choice but apparently they dont do it. Please get your own ice cream shop in the future, running a franchise is definitely not for you

Does this location only hire people who hate their lives? Twice we’ve come here and both times, we’ve had terrible customer service. Today, the guy didn’t even mix in our toppings and then when I asked about it, he said ‘well you didn’t say anything so I didn’t bother!’. What kinda depression you gotta have to hate an ice cream place? Dude just quit ?

For years we have ordered the same ice cream Birthday cake with bananas and graham wafers. Lately it has been a challenge. They say they don’t do that but when I say you have in the past they do it. Last time an older gentleman refused and told me they never have. Practically called us a liar in front of other customers. I left the store and will never be back to that location. A week later asked for the same at the West Edmonton Mall location…No questions asked. How is that.

The new ownership is wonderful! The friendly older gentleman working there gave my son a lollipop and water free of charge. The place was very clean and welcoming.

For someone to order a cake from our store, we have to take all the information, his name, phone number, and any other details about the cake and also if they want any specific message to write on the cake. The customer who is claiming that someone could come to the store before one day of picking up his cake, giving us allll the information, his name and what is the message on his cake, should know that we have to give him his cake without any hesitation because he has all the information.Anyways the owner of the store, who is a very nice and polite guy, offered them a cake for free but they didn't accept it.This is the first time it happened with us, we have a very precious customers, that we treat them as family and friends.Hope everyone learns from their mistakes, and hope all our great customers leave us a good reviews.

Please do not support this establishment. Absolutely terrible customer service, the worst I've ever encountered.My wife ordered a cake for my kid's birthday on a Monday for a Wednesday pickup. We go to pick it up on Wednesday only to be told it was already given out. Clearly they gave it out to the wrong person and it should be a straightforward refund, right? Nope.The older man we were dealing with (the owner I believe) was terribly rude and unprofessional. After some back and forth where he essentially called us liars and suggested someone else we know already took it, we asked for a refund and he refused. He offered to give us some generic cake as a substitute rather than the custom one we already paid extra for. At this point this was not an acceptable outcome.For one, we paid extra for specific toppings and lettering and didn't want a lesser cake for the same money, and two, his tone during the encounter was needlessly aggressive and we didn't feel comfortable supporting their business. We left quite upset on what should have been one of the happiest days of our year.They've called us to ask us to come in on their schedule, to take time out of our day so the employee who gave it away can be there for some reason. They somehow feel it's our responsibility to make sure they don't give it to the wrong person. They apparently didn't ask for ID, they don't give out an order slip, they didn't check the person picking up has the method of payment used to make the order. They indicated their security cameras were not working at the time so they can't check who picked it up.Someone else took our cake and shame on them, but much more egregious is the way the business treated us as patrons who frequented their establishment and who just wanted a cake for our kid's birthday.I've never left a bad review anywhere before, but my hope is that this saves at least one other family from experiencing what we had to go through with this rude and unprofessional establishment.Finally, if you do end up ordering a cake from here, do not pay for it until you pick it up, or at the very least use your credit card so you have a recourse when they refuse to refund you for a cake you never receive.

Kid-friendliness: We will never bring our child here. The owners are horribly rude and needlessly aggressive in the face of a disagreement.
