This marble slab location is awesome! The owner went out of his way to make my cake order perfect. Their ice cream cakes are better than DQ. Highly recommend.

My best friend and I go here atleast once a week, we absolutely love it here the staff are so welcoming and just above and beyond with kindness.

No bike rack outside, and they don't let you take your bike inside the store to prevent theft. Not worth the hassle of trying to find a spot.

This marble shop feels like a total scam. They advertise fully customizable pints, but when you try to order one, they refuse to honor it. Instead, they try to push you into buying two half-pints at $15 each—even though a full pint is only $19. It’s misleading and overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Don’t go to this location. Menu states you can make your own custom pint. Asked for a litre of cotton candy flavour and the employee (older gentleman) refused to make it for me and told me he’d only make me a custom half pint. Told me to get a premade litre out of the freezer. Take it off the menu if you cannot accommodate. Seems like other customers have had the same issue with this location.

Never having been here before, so good. So many choices and the service was excellent. Hello when we walked in, a very nice gentleman came to our table to see how things were and the ice cream is delicious. Won't even hesitate to go back.

Have been getting a litre of birthday cake every Friday for years and lately my husband and I started going to this location due to it being closer to home; however, unless you want to be scoffed at, told to come back another day, or have the shop owners refuse to make the litre due to it being a hassle then come here. Have never had this experience elsewhere and have had this experience from the same owners at this location multiple times now and would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Poor customer service, this is an ice cream shop right?

The older gentleman is the worst employee i have ever seen. I've had the same simple order for years ( birthday cake litre of icecream with brownies and oreos) but for some reason he refuses to do it and says "we don't do that here" im confused on whether he realizes that its a franchise and he doesn't just get to make his own rules. The menu behind him clearly states 1 litre with mixins of your choice but apparently they dont do it. Please get your own ice cream shop in the future, running a franchise is definitely not for you

Does this location only hire people who hate their lives? Twice we’ve come here and both times, we’ve had terrible customer service. Today, the guy didn’t even mix in our toppings and then when I asked about it, he said ‘well you didn’t say anything so I didn’t bother!’. What kinda depression you gotta have to hate an ice cream place? Dude just quit ?
