I enjoyed it, but I wish they hadn't blended it so much; I couldn't taste or distinguish the toppings they added. Also, I didn't like the poor temperature and lack of thickness in the drink. I wish those aspects were improved so I wouldn't have to drink it too quickly before it melted

I love marble slab, it’s my go to spot for icecream!! The staff is friendly but there’s one staff member i honestly and it’s my honest opinion she was nice when first seen and met her But I noticed I think a month or two ago and today that she started to give off a Mean attitude I get if she’s exhausted but doesn’t mean you go and talk in a mean tone and a give off a rude attitude. I don’t know her name though.

It’s about 17 street Tamarack location in Edmonton I visit today 21 june 2024 honestly if I would say, Vinnie is love ❤️ whatever flavour she suggest me that’s always makes me happy😍i love marble ice cream 🍨 🍦she is absolutely a good server and patient person.
Today (03/31/2024) at approximately 715 pm, we were greeted with a super friendly, upbeat hello. The staff were super friendly and the ice cream was incredible.

Terrible experience. Pre ordered ice cream cake for a party. They made the wrong one and told me keep it or get your money back.. now I'm either out a cake for my party or take a cake I didn't order. The customer service was deplorable, zero effort to ensure a happy customer. No accountability( they kept insisting the cake was correct) and false advertising( they claim their chocolate coffee cake has coffee whip, the owner told me they do not have flavored whip apparently).I hope you do better Marble Slab, I have notified Marble Slab Canada of your poor performance.
