Visiting Calgary and had our first here in Maria's. Food is delicious and taste authentically Filipino. We ordered chicken and pork inasal, lechon slice, bulalo and sisig. The lechon slice was very crispy. Bulalo tender and veggies were not overcook. Inasal taste good too. Foods were served hot. Staff were accommodating and attentive to the requests of clients.

Marie is the BEST !!! Her husband the cook is great as well, even though you never really see him. I always try to wave to him in the back and say thanks. Good food...decent prices. Super friendly and always willing to help out if you get to know them !!!

Family run business for the past 19 years. Service was good, but food was a little slow. I had an omelette, fried potatoes and toast. Food was pretty good. Looks a little rough, but overall a nice little place.

Old Asian Woman server wouldn’t let me use the washroom unless I pull out my credit card after having asked nicely since it’s the nearest establishment after having to drive all the way from Calgary, I would’ve ordered something but I wanted to use their washroom first.. Oh well I guess they only care about their money and not serving people well

Eaten here many times, breakfast is about the only half reasonable menu item , but don’t ever order anything thing to go , she use’s it as a way to give you half the meal you get when you dine in , and lately gotten worse, some meals come with soup , take out is half a bowl , not to mention, it’s canned soup ! not homemade! mashed potatoes half the amount, A&w breakfast ( with coupon) is$5.99 , marias place exactly same charges $8.99 , DONT BE FOOLED , this place is a rip off

We are here in town visiting from BC and Maria's Place is hands down the best breakfast we have had in a very long time. Our meal was served hot and exactly how we ordered it. Maria is a lovely hostess, very friendly and must walk at least 20 km or more per day serving her patrons all by herself. Highly recommend having breakfast at Maria's Place.

our mom said come let's go to Maria's Place, First time went there with mom had apple pie& coffee, Excellent friendly service, food is great,clean restaurant. Nice breakfasts, Yup blueberry perogies are delicious. Eat in or take out or little of both. I can see why mom loved it there! Thank you mom for telling us about this restaurant!
