Great service, friendly staff!

I highly recommend Mary Brown Monday's 5 dollar sandwich that costs 10-12 dollars these days anywhere else.

I used to have a Big Mary for $3.99 a few years back and I remembered it tasted very nice and was quite fulfilling. I ordered the same today to relive the experience but Big Mary? It should be called Little Mary now, I’m not sure why the price is higher and the name is the same but the size is smaller. It used to have more pickles too, and it used to have 2-3 large chicken pieces in a large bun… but today it only had 1 piece of chicken, with 1 pickle slice on the top, and the mayonnaise was almost nonexistent (maybe 1 drop) and the bun was also tiny. Please update the name of the product to what it is next time. “Little Mary” . If Mary was here today I’m sure we would be left more full.

I have ordered from this Mary Browns a few times and have yet to be satisfied. I feel their chicken is very dry and sometimes I wonder why I even bother ordering from there. I made a skip the dishes order and got a Big Mary with a tater poutine. The poutine was good but my Wife and I were very disappointed upon opening the Big Mary and seeing how small the chicken breast was.
There was definitely nothing big about that big Mary at all.

If it's worth a 15-minute wait you tell me but they are understaffed and services slow

Food was cold, portion size was terrible! Food was tasteless! This is first time I ever had Mary Browns and can say I won’t return to this store! Mayfield.

We bought 18 pieces chicken half spicy, half regular and I'm so disappointed that we only have all regular and no spicy at all. Hopefully it doesn't happen again to other customers.

Saturday 2.30pm very quiet ! Service awesome food hot and fresh no waiting time ! Chef is Fijian and we had a wonderful talk about Rugby and the Filippina lady at front counter was a pleasure to be served by ! Love and respect to these wonderful ladies ! Highly recommend please show respect !

The foods here are always fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly and we always have a friendly chitchat everytime we go here. Very nice location and well recomended!

This owner responds To issues/problems With a generic response that basically says please email and explain your circumstance. Even after you email and explain in detail your circumstance. In my experience she has no intention of rectifying issues that are even the restaurants error. The staff tell you to come back and they will fix it and then when you come back they say sorry, our manager isn’t here or this is not our problem. In my experience they became loud and overbearing in conversation and took no responsibility even though on the original phone call they said they would rectify the situation. My experience happened on June 9 I was told the manager would call me back. They refused to give me the managers name or anyone’s name. Nothing was ever rectified. As I have read through the reviews of this place that were written over the past couple weeks and months, I recognize my experience is one of many. With the exact same issues. Being overcharged, refusing to refund, Defending themselves, putting the blame on the customer not being clear when they ordered. When it comes to the actual food, the pieces of chicken are small, they don’t give you sauce even when you order the chicken pops. They tell you have to pay extra for the dipping sauce. I love Mary Brown’s food, we eat there regularly in South Common and on 50th street, I will continue to eat Mary Brown’s?, but I will NOT support this location In the WEST.
This owner seems to not value her customers or she would be treating each one with respect and addressing the issues and making them right. I think people don’t have the time and she knows that. People are upset for a day or two and then they let it go and she continues to over benefit in her business at the expense of Customers. I will do my best to stand up for my own situation and I hope that things change for future customers. I have attached photos that I hope will help others who come here looking for help. Absolutely pathetic service waited Damn near 27 minutes for two-piece meal and when they went to hand it to me it was the wrong order. Below his receipt for proof of time and time of review would not recommend this place to anyone

Not sure what’s going on, but the chicken in the sandwiches have been incredibly small and thin of late. Probably half the chicken you get in chicken sandwiches elsewhere. I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore. And the Nashville Hot had no spice.

The worst Mary browns across Edmonton. They don’t even use the proper containers Mary browns is supposed to use. They water down the sauces/barely any sauce on anything. This is supposed to be the new swicy wings. They are hardly any sauce and they put them in a bag not the proper bowl supposed to be used. Not impressed.

Horrible service, cashier was very rude. We were Jasper evacuee and they didn't even know about the promotion and tried to argue about my son who didn't have a proper ID. I said kids don't have ID.
Just wanted to have a complimentary meal provided by Mary browns promotion for those affected by wildfires. and knew it came with a drink but she refused to provide any drink for us and didn't bother to check if the promotion came with a drink.
It was busy and i understood that but they completely ignored us until every single online order was completed which had us waiting 20+ minutes.
Very disrespectful to people who have lost everything to a wildfire. Do not recommend for anyone to visit this location.
However thank you to Mary browns for providing meals for those that are evacuated. wonderful company, bad location.
