This is the only store that I have eaten and always enjoyed the meal emensely, great food, great service, chef is great and easy to talk to

Worst Mary Browns location on earth. Buns are usually hard as rock and stale. They give barely any mayo and try to charge you when you say there isn't enough. I've learned to order the mayo on the side and make sure they give a fair amount in the little container. Today I did my usual bun test before leaving the store. The bun was hard as a rock. The lady in the back said she changed them. When I got home the top was only changed bottoms were still stale. Chicken was so dry/old it was disgusting. I hopped back in my vehicle drove the whole order back and got a refund. What a complete waste of time. The lady who works in the back making the sandwiches is very rude. I miss the nice gentleman who used to work here and made sure things were done right. Stay far away from this location.

Absolutely the worst experience ever any one who dines here has a death wish
Went in at 8:40pm to order a regular popins combo. However they refused to make more food, lost our business.

The food is great but this is the slowest Mary Brown's location ive ever experienced... constantly waiting as a customer and courier. Waited 15 mins for my Big Mary today @ 3pm. Unacceptable... the cooks take their sweet time.... no urgency

Did not feel like the price matched the food, overpriced in my opinion. Did not get warmly greeted by the cashier and when I was done ordering before my wife did, the cashier just kept staring instead of saying “and what would you like to have?”
It also would have helped to have been told how long the food would be so we know the wait time.
Very slow.. had to wait a long time for a chicken burger.
