Worst quality of food. Very dry, old chicken. I tossed it in the garbage. Don’t waste your money. Also, making food with bare hands and not wearing gloves is never a good idea. Avoid this place

Last night, my family and I ordered Mary Brown’s for takeout. One of our orders was the buffalo chicken sandwich combo that ended up being saturated with soft so bad that I was unable to eat the sandwich. We also ordered for dessert, the strawberry pies that we did not get we got apple Now you would think for spending $71 on a order for three people you would have a better experience with the food, but this is not the case very disappointed I was not driving back to show them my order or getting them to fix it as I was already home after working long day excited that I didn’t have to cook dinner tonight
Do better for those prices we will not be back.

So we go here all the time so tonight I decided to try a poutine since last time I received one it was a block of fries and cheese no gravy
So this time I tell the hunni get half the cheese and extra gravy well the there was so much gravy it looked like soup it was disgusting to say the least and chicken seemed old greasy
Completely turned me off

The staff was nice and friendly but when I opened my burger I only found half a burger. Came back to ask the staffs to their reply " It was supposed to be like that, we don't have small burger so we gave you a burger cut if half". I was dumbfounded by their response and reordered a full size, which they charged me the different.
Would probably never order again.

When I went in to try to get the July 6th special, the cashier told me that they may not have enough chicken for my order, which is understandable due to the sale, but she wouldn't say whether or not she could complete my order. I decided to hold off for a minute, and she took two more orders for the $5 deal, and never mentioned to the other customers that they were running low. Once they received their orders, I went back up to try to order again, only to be told that they had run out.

I'm disappointed and very frustrated because I feel like I was dissuaded from buying the deal, and I don't know why when the two customers after me weren't.
I would have had no problem if I was told they had run out if the cashier didnt decide to give the others chicken, the courtesy would have been nice.

I don't think I will be visiting this Mary Brown's in the near future.

I’ve had to drive back three times because of their mistakes, first time they didn’t give us the correct amount of chicken pieces we ordered, so I went back and told them. They then handed me back the box, with still the less amount we ordered. I had thought they would get it right after telling them, but we had to drive back a third time for the correct amount. The service was horrible at this Mary browns! We will not be returning.

After we order, there's literally most of the tables are not clean, my son start to pull out the lettuce from his sandwich because it was horrible, I asked Vanessa the cashier if she would feed her kids this food, she said no. So I replied how is it OK for you to feed other people's kids this kind of food. Manger /owner need to pay attention to your workers. .This will be my last visit to this place, I'm very disappointed with you guys. I attached a picture that will tell a thousand words.

Old burger or it was too long in the wormer , this is the first time I have not fresh food here.I will give them another shot and hopefully it will be fresh.

cashier was friendly, greeted us as soon as we entered the store. We were the only customer during that time. It was around 6pm. We placed our order it was 2 meals of 2pc chicken combo. We were served with a very tiny chicken wing and drum. We often eat at mary browns even when we were still living in Newfoundland and Labrador. But this certain visit was kinda disappointing not only chickens were too small but its also not fresh. I was ready to complain right there and then but my buddy stopped me and said that just let it pass and we'll never come back again.

Love the chicken here. Waits are a bit long but I usually arrived around opening time so I understand the staff need to get their bearings first. Had a mishap where the card reader wasn't working, but staff immediately tried to fix it which was nice. Wish the food had a bit more to it though, big mary isn't really all that big and they don't provide much fries, but the taste is still amazing.

Dietary restrictions: The food is halal, which is great.
