I know you have to make a profit, Been a Mary Brown customer for years. Now Mary brown buys small chickens because they buy by the pound and sell by the piece. The last wing and breast came from a Cornish hen. I love Mary Brown but will not give money for the profit of owner again. Shame on all that are doing this..

I have been going here for years. In the last year this place has taken a turn for the worst. From the lady at the front always being rude when she takes orders to the food served being old. The only one here with a good attitude is the young guy who works at the front some times. That’s the only reason I gave service 2 stars.

Store says 10pm to close, women rushes us out. Cuz we were gonna eat in and she says they gonna close in 10 mins which is 837pm. Okay well just leave.

Worst quality of food. Very dry, old chicken. I tossed it in the garbage. Don’t waste your money. Also, making food with bare hands and not wearing gloves is never a good idea. Avoid this place

Last night, my family and I ordered Mary Brown’s for takeout. One of our orders was the buffalo chicken sandwich combo that ended up being saturated with soft so bad that I was unable to eat the sandwich. We also ordered for dessert, the strawberry pies that we did not get we got apple Now you would think for spending $71 on a order for three people you would have a better experience with the food, but this is not the case very disappointed I was not driving back to show them my order or getting them to fix it as I was already home after working long day excited that I didn’t have to cook dinner tonight
Do better for those prices we will not be back.

So we go here all the time so tonight I decided to try a poutine since last time I received one it was a block of fries and cheese no gravy
So this time I tell the hunni get half the cheese and extra gravy well the there was so much gravy it looked like soup it was disgusting to say the least and chicken seemed old greasy
Completely turned me off

The staff was nice and friendly but when I opened my burger I only found half a burger. Came back to ask the staffs to their reply " It was supposed to be like that, we don't have small burger so we gave you a burger cut if half". I was dumbfounded by their response and reordered a full size, which they charged me the different.
Would probably never order again.

When I went in to try to get the July 6th special, the cashier told me that they may not have enough chicken for my order, which is understandable due to the sale, but she wouldn't say whether or not she could complete my order. I decided to hold off for a minute, and she took two more orders for the $5 deal, and never mentioned to the other customers that they were running low. Once they received their orders, I went back up to try to order again, only to be told that they had run out.

I'm disappointed and very frustrated because I feel like I was dissuaded from buying the deal, and I don't know why when the two customers after me weren't.
I would have had no problem if I was told they had run out if the cashier didnt decide to give the others chicken, the courtesy would have been nice.

I don't think I will be visiting this Mary Brown's in the near future.
