I got to chit chat with the restaurant owner while I placed my 9 pc feast order (which only took 4 minutes, if that) who’s very friendly and polite. I asked him for mostly dark meat peices and yup, no problem at all. Food was all good, fresh and still hot when I brought it home, it wasn’t dried out like some other chicken places. You always hear the bad stuff from these restaurants, very rarely you hear the good. I highly recommend this Mary Browns location, thank you!

I ordered on-line but choose the wrong pickup location. Will not make that mistake again. The area was very busy. My order was not stated until I arrived. Food was good but did notice that the attendance handled food without gloves after taking cash for order. Will not be picking up here again.

I don’t know the guy who took order was owner or employee but he was way too rude. Like I have been to multiple Mary brown’s stores and usually I visit them for their Monday special, but I won’t ever go to this store though it’s near to my home. Very very rude to serve and take order.

I have been a doordash delivery driver for years and we know that bags are necessary.
I politely told you i have multiple orders in the bags already thats why i didnt bring one but i will adjust the package in the bag in car.
Instead of yelling and being rude. You should've acknowleged it and tried to understand my situation. I cannot bring a bag which already have orders into other restaurant it can mess that order and also cause mixups.
I don't know if you are just a cashier or even if you are a manager this is horrible behavior and this is not how you behave with you clients.
So next time if someone is insisting that there are orders in the bags. Instead of saying " We don't care about that". Try to understand other perspective too. You aren't going to pay me anything if i bring my bag full of other order into restaurant and they get messed up.

If their was an option to give 0 stars I would definitely give 0, when I came to place an order at the Mary browns on 23rd ave NW I guess he’s the owner of the store but he definitely saw me waiting patiently to place an order yet turned around to the kitchen 3 times, ignoring me. He has no sense of costumer service he was also very rude/ignorant, he was seen arguing with almost every costumer in the store with giving wrong orders.

I bought a 3 piece chicken all white meal with rates and gravy and am very disappointed. The chicken was old and very dry. The tators were very salty. I ate some but threw the rest out!! $19 wasted and I hope I don’t get sick. I was there around 3:18 pm May 9th. ?

If I could give zero stars here i definitely would. One of the oddest scenarios I’ve ever found my self in simply trying to get a sandwich. I came to this location at around 9pm, they close at 10 as stated on the site. I sat at the drive through intercom for almost 10 min saying “ hello, is anyone there “ only to be ignored. I could see a gentleman inside and The lights were on. So I decided to pull up front and enter the restaurant. The man then looked irritated that I had now come into the store ? Very confusing. He took my order for a Korean chicken sandwich and proceeded to make it for me. As he handed me my sandwich he closed all the lights and closed the store as I walked out. I included a picture with the time of 21:23 when I was in my car getting ready to leave. He had already closed the restaurant and entered his suv. Cherry on top was the sandwich he made for me ….. had none of the ingredients on it… just chicken , bread and the lightest wipe of sauce… none of the topping… not like I could go back in and ask for it and he simply left the store 45 min before it was supposed to close.
