Mary Brown's Chicken

Ordered online through the Mary Browns App at 9am, even though they open at 11am. For a pickup for 11:45am, to accommodate a staff lunch at noon for 15+ people (I do recognize my order was over $200), but when I came to pickup at 11:45am I was notified it would be another 15 minutes, as they needed to cook the chicken… which is a problem. Since I was cutting it close to give the location the most time, but the staff get lunch for 30 minutes at noon & it’s a 15 minute drive to the office. It would have been nice for the staff of Mary Browns to call to inform of the lateness, or to compensate something as most of this food will go to waste now with staff not being able to take lunch fully.

I won’t pre-order from this location again.

It is a very good food place, the place is almost always clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere, the food is some of the best with there wings being the best. The service is ok but many of the workers rather get your order wrong or need you to repeat things many times. Overall I would recommend

Tried a different chicken location, enjoyed the big Mary sandwich and found a new chicken location. Will return, just like always, watch for coupons if.possible.

Very good experience. Food was excellent, staff very friendly and service was great. Chicken was delicious and cooked to perfection. Can’t add pics cause all gobbled up.

The worst Mary Browns location in Edmonton. The staff are rude and barely speak english, the menu is confusing, the wait times are ridiculous and they have screwed up my orders several times now. Not coming back ever again.

We ordered online. First of all the side was a "sample" not a side. We got a side of Mac and cheese salad. And besides the size of it it was blah. Mostly relish based.The dark meat chicken was good. The white meat was soooo sooo dry. The "taters" are wedge fries Coated in a slight coating. They are very dry. The fries actually aren't the worst. My kid said the dark' meat_ according! to: him, who- didn't * try the white meat * is better *than** K:F-C. but I wouldn't agree.
