Good Lord. I ate there a day and a half ago and I'm still oozing that grease out of every pore. Shower and scour as I may, the stink just won't go away.

The food is delicious and the service is too good ! The ambience is also good.. worth for my money

Ordered the 6 PC feast, totally unsatisfactory, they put in 3 wings,
1 leg, one back, 1thigh. No breast. Will not visit this location again, and will definitely never recommend.

Dear Mary Brown's Customer Service,

I am writing to formally report a concerning issue I encountered at your Mary Brown's location Terrace plaza, 5822 Terrace Rd NW Edmonton. AB T6A 3Y8 on 3rd December 2024 at 11:50 pm, I purchased two grilled chicken sandwiches and two chicken pieces meals for myself and my sister. Upon returning home and beginning to eat, I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the chicken in the sandwiches. My sister immediately pointed out that the chicken seemed spoiled, but I initially dismissed it, assuming the smell was from the sauce or onions.

However, after eating the sandwich, I began to experience stomach discomfort, including pain and indigestion. The following day, my sister, who had only eaten a few bites, began to experience severe stomach cramps and nausea. This prompted me to contact Mary Brown's customer service, where an employee confirmed that the chicken was indeed spoiled, yet it was still being sold to customers.

Out of concern for public safety, I have already reported this food safety issue to the relevant health authorities. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention to prevent further incidents and protect others from potentially becoming ill.

This has been an extremely disappointing and troubling experience, and I trust you will take immediate action to ensure that no other customers have to go through the same situation. I would appreciate a response detailing how you plan to address this issue moving forward.

I’m originally from St.Johns Newfoundland and out of all the MaryBrowns here in Edmonton this is by far the best spot, chicken is always fresh and hot and so so good! We’ve been to other Mary Browns and had to throw out left overs as it was over cooked,(who throws out left overs lol) we’ve been to this location 5 times now and have zero complaints everything is always fantastic also the staff are wonderful and always happy to see me.
Thank you girls for always making my day that much greater with your genuine friendliness.
