Mary Brown's Chicken

I was very excited to purchase Marybrown chicken and enjoy with my family for dinner but we were very disappointed. The service was good but the chicken and wedges were very salty. We just couldn't eat it . I have to make sandwiches instead.

Parking: Parking is located near the Circle K.

Kid-friendliness: There environment is okay for kids. I didn't bring my kids inside so I can't say much about that.

Order twice from here and both times there was an item missing.

First time it was macaroni salad and the second were taters.

Worst customer service from this location. Called in to tell the staff the chicken they are selling is stale not fresh at all rather then doing anything or even apologizing for inconvenience Sam told me that can’t happen told him I have pictures can bring your food back take a look by yourself and he clearly said can not do anything. That’s not how customers should be treated guys at least if you can’t sell fresh food learn some customer service when working in service industry.

Stopped by this spot today and decided to try the wings. I went with the soy sauce and garlic option, and they turned out to be absolutely delicious, with a slight crisp to them. Definitely a solid choice if you're in the mood for some tasty wings. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Went to this location this morning to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch. I got two mini Mary’s, and unfortunately the bread they served me was rock hard stale. The lady at the counter was kind of rude as well.

This location has had a complete turnaround with new management. Fresh chicken, with their spice option being an excellent level of spice. Will be coming back often now

Monday. I called in for pickup. After 7 minutes when I arrived. They said we didn’t receive any call.

Showed them the dialled number but still they denied.

No problem, I placed in store order. Waited 15 minutes. Then another guy came from the backroom he had my order and said, you ordered on the phone?
I was like what the………
I told him to tell your other guy because he literally denied.

Well I will come back for food but organize your work.

They lessen the fries portion ALOT

Went here for the first time and had an absolutely terrible experience. Placed an order at precisely 1:13 pm and was told on the site that it would be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up at 1:28 and was told that they added an extra 10 minutes prep time to the site due to the size of my order (true), but THAT IT WOULD ACTUALLY BE ANOTHER 30 MINUTES before the food was ready. Staff spoke very little English and then attempted to explain that they had “compensated” me by adding extra fries and a dessert to my order for free, despite me stating multiple times that I had ordered more than enough food for my group. Would have preferred some sort of partial refund as this customer service is completely unacceptable. If you go here, expect a long wait.

Meta review - Looks like the owners lied about not being able to hire local workers. They were fined for an LMIA violation which they have, to date, not paid, and they are also ineligible for hiring temporary workers as a result of this. Chicken probably sucks too, but don't support shady businesses who wont hire Canadian workers.

I haven’t had good experiences with Mary brown in Toronto but this one was really delicious. We ordered a mix of burgers, chicken and sides and all of it was yummy and very filling for a reasonable price. The k-crunch burger was so amazing and I would definitely recommend that!
