Seemed like they gave the wrong order to us - which we realized when we got home. We ordered spicy chicken and the chicken patty didn’t seem to be spiced. The taste was okay but better customer service and correct order would have been better. We were disappointed.

Of all the chicken places along Ellerslie they do it best here. The staff are always kind and welcoming. The food is always made well with no shortcuts taken. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for a fast chicken

It was my first time trying this chain as they seemed to have a higher review then other fast food chains. I was not impressed at all. The food was lukewarm and I found the chicken dry. I could not eat all of it. Very bland food.
Big Mary Mondays ! Great burger for the price it's actually a a fair sized chicken breast and marinated and cooled well comparatively to other chicken fast food. Chicken pops are great for the little kids !

Got a chance to grab Big Mary original today. Gentleman who helped us today was friendly and fpod got to us fast. Burger was hot. Portion size is generous. But do not expect a phenomenal burger at this price point. Howeve it stil worth it. Give it a try. Recommended for the value it provides at this price.

I arrived at the store at 8:20 pm. I was the only customer at this time. A gentleman came from the kitchen area to serve me. No real greeting from him. I asked a question to which he answered. Another customer came in as I was asking another question, to which he never answered. He just stood there staring at the other customer.I ordered a 9 piece meal deal, I wasn't ask which salad I wanted or if I wanted tators or fries. I asked which he order and said then on the side I'd have a medium fries. He gave the total price which was $49. I paid and he asked my name.I sat and waited for my meal. He served 2 other customers, then said my name and handed me my ordered. He mumbled something under his breath, I wasn't sure what he said so I said excuse me, he replied condiments are here if you need anything.I returned to the hotel and started setting up our late supper. The fries were fresh and hot which my children enjoyed. Gravy was delicious.The tators were too salty but I'll take blame as I totally forgot to ask for light seasoning. In the 9 piece there was 1 thigh, 1 leg, 1 side rib, 3 wings, 3 center breast. Totally not what usually comes in it. The breast piece I had on my plate was dried up and had an odd color to it, the meat wasn't white, more of a beighish color and taste awful. My husband ate part of the thigh and commented this doesn't taste like any other Mary Browns we have ate at. He commented maybe its a different type oil that was used, or maybe its been there in the warmer all day. All we both know is, it was disgusting.I was really looking forward to supper but this meal turned me. This is my first time and definitely my last time eating at this location.Parking: It was 8:30 pm so there was plenty of space to park. I'm not sure how many designated spots they have or how easy it'd be in the lunch rush but I did notice a huge parking lot that would give options to park.

Picked up a 9 piece feast today at 6 and man the chicken was over fried seemed like it was fried twice over the chicken was so over cooked and small tge quality was horrible on all aspects of this meal. I'm sorry to say please avoid this location.
