From the moment I inquired about their private room for a 60th birthday — the team was warm, responsive, and effortless to work with. We chose a simple décor scheme, adding balloons, a backdrop, and seat from Balloon Kingdom, while Max flawlessly handled the drapes, centerpieces, chair accents, and table runners. The venue booking included use of the TV, microphones, speakers, and generous setup time, which made planning completely stress-free. Booking was straightforward: pick your menu, share your color palette, and they took care of every detail. They even accommodated my specific 11-seat table layout without a hitch. It was a wonderful celebration, and very grateful to Grace, Mercy and the team who made the surprise birthday a memorable experience.

Went last week and my order took so long and not warm anymore when they served. The air is very heavy and my daughter triggered her allergy and keep sneezing because of the indoor environment. Please improve your services and the cleanliness of the surroundings.

This place was way over priced and isn’t even fine dining. Food was ok but nothing to boast about to pay over $20 a plate. Even steamed rice was almost $20 a bowl. Ridiculous

Food was good but the service was terrible and they timed the food poorly. We finished up our dishes before we got our whole spread. The serving sizes are also very small. We spent $300 but not a lot of food. We also got the $40 halo halo and it was SO disappointing. It had no flavor. What a waste. No one in our party enjoyed it.
The service was terrible. There were 7 of us and they squished us in a small table. They were slow in serving our food and poor at removing empty plates. They never refilled our waters. They also did not give us bowls and spoons for our halo halo.
