Beef shank and oxtail with vegetables simmered in thick peanut sauce. Served with shrimp paste on the side. A native delicacy.
Crispy Pork Hock (Max's Crispy Pata)
Premium pork knuckle cooked the same way as our sarap to the bones fried chicken. Served with soy vinegar dipping sauce.
Crispy Pork Belly (Lechon Kawali)
Pork belly deep fried until crisp and golden brown, yet soft, and tender inside. Served with liver sauce on the side.
Sizzling Vinegar Pork (Classic Pork Sisig)
Delectably marinated pork cheeks, broiled, and cut into small pieces. Served on a sizzling plate. Originally from the province of Pampanga prepared Max's way.

We celebrated our reception wedding at Max’s last September, and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made! The food was amazing, and the staff were all so friendly and attentive ( special thanks to Maam Mercy from the day of booking the date, answering our questions and accomodating us during the day of our wedding). They really made us feel special the whole time.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Max's Edmonton. The manager, Mercy, was very accommodating; from inquiry to event itself, it was a seamless transaction. The staff and our server were very friendly and ready to assist with all our request.
