Nurses are really ignorant to visitors

My dad received excellent care here. When I became a nurse a few years later I decided to dedicate my career to cardiology and work at this world class institute. Going on 4 years as a nurse at the Maz, I feel very lucky to work amongst the most talented and caring teams. The surgeons, clinicians and fellow nurses all inspire me to be my best, to learn more, try harder and serve patients (and their families) with my whole heart. Every shift I leave knowing I made a difference - I could not ask for more.

They saved my husband's life so I consider that a wonderful experience.

Wonderful staff.

I was in the Mazankowski back in 2012 with a heart attack. They are so good there and take such good care of you, that I cried when I had to leave 9 days after being taken in. I wonder if they do stem cell treatment? It would be the ideal place. Thanks to all, especially Dr. Joseph Wong.

Way too big and not well signed to find places.

Dr. Moon was very good at what he does. I expected a big scar yet I got a minimal one which is nice. It was a excellent experience

Everytime I have an appointment to see Dr Carter or to have tests done it is always top notch. I have never had 1 concern and always feel lucky to be able to go to this hospital. Thanks to all the staff for all the great care.

I suffered a heart failure a few months ago. Something I never expected. I could not have been admitted to a better hospital for the lovely care they gave me. I had my own room, full of windows and my own private little latrine. More than that, the care the nurses gave me was humane and excellent. Most of all, the doctor that took charge, Dr. Kelvin Tran is outstanding. He is a heart specialist with intensive knowledge of internal medicine. He is kind, gentle and I can totally rely on him as he knows what he is doing in a humble and congenial manner. The best treatment I have received from any doctor... ever!

Cannot say enough the amazing care my husband was so blessed to have at this hospital. We are from Ontario but feel we were in the right place at the right time when my husband took his heart attackFrom the surgeon to the nurses to the nurse practitioner we cannot say how grateful we are to you all

Staff are great, but the fact you need to pay $ 15 a day for parking with a sick child is ridiculous. Edmonton please stop ripping the citizens off. We pay enough as it is.
