Food is always cold. whenever in the drive thru, you are most likely going to have to move to reserved, no matter the order size. Staff are just rude. And all in all the business is slow no matter if they have 2 people working or 7.

Worst service ever! Avoid the drive-thru if you can. It took us 30 minutes to get our order and the manager only gave us a refund because we were upset after waiting so long and they still managed to mess it up! Their excuse was “waiting for fries” but fries don’t take more than 4 minutes to make. So what’s the real excuse for a 30-minute wait at the drive-thru?????

Horrible experience,I ordered a ice cream cone for my 5 year old son.The kid on the intercom gave me the rudest disrespectful talk I have heard.Ice cream bro yo bro ice cream bro yo yo.Thwn made us wait in line for over 15 mins while his people got there 200 dollar order without pulling them into the wait line where I go when I order a big Mac and 6 nuggets.Race is definitely a issue at this establishment and it's not white friendly.

Came in to get burritos in the drive thru at 10:24am today and said no more burritos. This is the only location I know that run out of burritos. Very disappointed with today’s visit, don’t recommend this McDonald’s. asked for a manager I think her name was lush, she seemed clueless at her job. Never coming back these people are lazy to do their jobs👎🏻
DO NOT ORDER AT THIS LOCATION. They've messed up my previous orders multiple times. The last time they forgot to give fries, the previous time before that I ordered a no meat big mac for my vegetarian partner, and it had meat in it. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
