I saw the new Mcspicy and came to try it. The clerk first made a mistake in ordering it, and then the chicken I ate was completely hard and frozen. If the food is like this, it is recommended to close it. Hope the shop owner can see it.

I order last night filet fish combo medium on the drive thru around 10:30 pm when i get home after 5 minutes i found my fish was very cold like they cooked more than 30 minutes . I called the store to make a complaint they apologized and they promised me to give me the same order today . Unfortunately i go on the drive thru , order taker did not like to replace my order because i do not have a code , really . Why they lying to me when i call them last night . Bad customer service .

This is a horrible McDonald's to go to. Manager is very rude. I placed a order through the app and took a seat. When I when go to get my food, I overheard the Manager talking about how she felt like she was a part time security guard anyways. She was implying with her crew that she'd have to security guard me out. Unbeknownst to her I had placed a order through the app and was not.. as she assumed to be loitering.
Not the first time I've dealt with rude Managers at this location. They are rude to customers and especially rude to some of the homeless population that probably can only afford a coffee. They literally make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Now I'm sure there have been bad interactions with some of the customers. But that is no need to be bragging about having to security guard someone out the minute the step in the door!
I added a picture of the meal I ordered. BTW they only give you a 30 minute window to eat. Worst McDonald's ever. Get some sensitivity training for your staff. They are pretty much racist to our First Nation community.

Two times they got my order wrong, I asked for no pickles and received pickles, right now I ordered poutine on Uber eats and received fries instead. On Christmas night, I spent almost 10 minutes waiting at the drive thru for someone to take my order when there was only 1 car ahead of me, then I spent another 10 waiting for my food. If I could give 0 stars I would. This establishment is horrible and all the employees need to be fired.

Worst McDonald's in the city. No matter what time you show up at the drive thru there is a minimum 10 minute wait. You finally get to the order screen and they tell you give them a minute and you wait 5-10 more minutes. Absolutely horrible, avoid this location at all costs, drive the extra five minutes and go to the Castledowns location. Nothing about this place is FAST FOOD.

After hearing how downhill this location has gone after renovations I had to see fur myself. Ordering at the till was interesting. I felt like I was wasting their time. No smiles, no hello. Just "ohh god, I'm supposed to be on break, another stupid order, what do you want". Receipt was handed to me like I was a hobo begging for money. Food was standard, coffee had no sugar in it. Would recommend this location just to see how bad it is. Honestly pretty funny. You don't know how good things are until there gone. Want to see a good joke, come the this location.
