I ordered the poutine it was so bad . The fries tasted bitter and the poutine gravy on-top was so less quantity wise . It felt like I am just eating bitter fries simply disgusting. My friend told me the fries only tastes bitter when they don't change the oil in the fryer that often

Confusion in the choice of toys in the Happy Meal, they also don’t indicate when a toy has run out, they also asked for 2 Happy Meals without yogurt, but they put it in anyway
I stop by this McDonald's every morning as it's closest to my home. Regardless of whether there are 10 cars in the drive-thru or just 2, the service is consistently slow. Having worked at McDonald's myself, I'm familiar with the expected time it should take from placing an order to receiving it - and this location is far from meeting that standard. Most people ahead of me are only ordering a coffee or a simple breakfast item, yet it still takes around 10 minutes to serve just a few orders. That level of delay is frustrating and shouldn't be acceptable to the restaurant manager or franchisee. On top of that, there have been times when I've ordered two food items with my coffee and only received one. This needs to improve.

Ordered takeout just a few minutes ago. Double checked my order and I’m missing one of the fries. When I came home I realized that my ice cream didn’t have double pumps of caramel, and the two Celly Sundae’s were chocolate instead of caramel. So disappointing.

I went to this location for the first time to pick up uber eats order around 11:30pm. I went inside, aside from waiting for too long the girl with blond hair asked me with the attitude. And when I searched this location and reading the reviews of the customer, its not surprising because I know it’s not only me who experience this kind of treatment. Management should check how their employees treat their customers and delivery people.

the place is dirty. They allow visitors to sit with animals. In addition, they constantly throw your order off the screen before it is ready, and you have to wait another 15 minutes. Also, the waiter can step on your foot. Welcome. Too bad you can't put 0 😱
Terrible Service at McDonald's
I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's in James Movatti. The service was awful, and the staff seemed completely unqualified. They didn’t even know how to use the cash register properly.
Recently, they released discount coupons, but the employees had no idea how to process them. When I asked for help, no one was able to offer a solution. They simply didn’t care about assisting customers.
Because of this terrible experience, I will be deleting the app and never visiting this location again. McDonald's should train their staff better if they want to keep their customers.

I am a dasher (DoorDash) and repeatedly have had issues at this location picking up orders on time. If the manager is on site, the employees are fine however if there is no supervision they are rude, unpleasant and continuously make the dashers wait for orders. Please speak with your front staff as it is one of the worst service I have received on multiple occasion.
