Every time they screw up my coffee ! It’s like they lie and say they put what I want in it and I ask them at the window! Multiple times I have went back inside to tell them to please fix it. It’s either not caring about customers or lack of training. Un acceptable and they need to be held accountable.

UPDATE, still havent given me my refund and they are impossible to deal with. Seriously give me my money back for this horrible service
Just went there for a couple new burgers to give them a try. Unfortunately they messed up both orders big time, the burgers were just stacks of onions in spicy sauce, the hashbrowns were so burnt they couldnt even be eaten. Hopefully this can be corrected in the morning because its very annoying to have somethin like this happen at this time of night.
Will never recommend this place to anyone lol garbage food

Came here because my current favorite location was only taking cash and going to this location appeared more convenient. Next time I will be grabbing cash.
Pulled up to the window and waited like usual, line was moving slow, but not unusual for midnight. Pulled up to the window and again asked to wait. Again, not unusual for this time of night. Then they take my order, having to repeat my order more than once and did not ask if I was using points. Pull up to the window and Staff inside are laughing and joking around. I wait for a few minutes for Staff to open window and am presented with the debit terminal before acknowledging the customer. I state that I have points and would like my code applied, Staff re-inputs order and puts on professional aditude. Payment is made and food is handed over, I leave.
The best part. Not only were the fries cold, but tasted of VERY old oil, never had fries from McDonalds taste this way, could almost say the fries were old and fried again the next day to re-serve considering how hard they were. The burger? Like they poured water on it while making it, not sure if the tomatoes were sitting in water or if the cook spit in it... The only thing they got right was the pop with no ice and the Mcflurry.
Needless to say I will NEVER be returning to 97th McDonalds, I'd rather go to the Petro-Canada across the road or better yet another location that cares, even if I have to drive halfway across the city for cash. DISGUSTING!

If I could give zero I would. I’ve never had a fast food location mess up and rip people off like this one does. Either their staff are not getting properly trained, don’t know how to read or are just plain incompetent (which considering it’s McDonald’s is crazy) the amount of times I’ve had missing order items or incorrect meals through not only skip but in person too is insane. It’s not that hard to read a receipt and check an order.

Been my usual go to location in the morning but having to argue in the morning rush when I have a receipt, order paid for and waiting, but yet it still says processing on your thier end?? Either fix your broken systems or don't use it! Your the only province to charge for damn bags I'm sure you could afford it!!! Joke location with a manager full of excuses just avoid
