I always order at the drive thru and pay through the app consistently I say yes to the bag and constantly when presented my food it's in a bin with no bag. Because they are so die hard about the bag will not give me my food until they verify or charge me again for it meanwhile my food gets cold. I won't be back and refunded my last order. Gratz you lost 15$ for a 25¢ bag... Great business plan

What a joke. Don't go to this location unless you want to be told they're out of fries and aren't you allowed to order them and wait in one of the three reserved spots. After we left the drive thru my partner went inside to order fries and he was given cold and stale fries. Absolute garbage.

Went through the McDonald’s drive through and they were missing part of my order, I waited in the reserve parking spot for 15 mins and they still forgot about my order. Boo.

This is the second time in a week that I have ordered a coffee and they have put sugar in it. I ordered cream only because I can't have sugar. I was already long gone by the time I noticed. I'm not too sure why they keep putting sugar in coffees. I do believe it's because they're trying to get rid of ones they couldn't sell. Very disappointed

This mcdonalds is by far the worst in the city. Complete garbage. And the manager is a double bag. Asked for my money back and said no. Fries were dry, burger was slop. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. go to the one at north gate. Better service and more quality food. Thumbs down. I also reported this store to mcdonalds Canada. They should not be representing this franchise like this. I encourage more complaints. COMPLETE GARBAGE
