The drive thru -only- cares about getting you out of the line as quickly as possible. They'll park you for 10 minutes, serve you the wrong food, give you an incomplete order, are the least pleasant folks I've had to deal with in a drive thru. The exuberant cost that Fast Food has increased by should have a small sense of quality attached to it. Read the rest of the recent reviews, it reflects every issue I have experienced here.

Expectations for McDonald's are fairly low, we very rarely eat fast food, but we made the stop today. We placed the order and waited 30 minutes at the assigned curbside pickup. Finally I went in and was handed our meals after seeing them sitting there for 5 minutes. The food was entirely cold. I felt like warm food was the least they could do for two meals totalling 38.00. I went back inside and asked for warm food. The staff member begrudgingly replaced my fries but not the actual meal. McDonald's isn't exactly fine dining but cold McDonald's is not edible. Such a waste.

This place has become a real dive. Horribly filthy inside. I would not risk your health by eating here. Seems that sanitation and general cleaning is too much for the staff here. To further explain how bad this location is, I'll talk about the drive and go food. You have to wait up to 15 - 20 mins sometimes. There is a girl that I consistently have issues with who refuses to give her name. She is very stuck-up and rude. She is always making mistakes and then treats you like you're the problem. It feels like she believes you should just accept her lousy service, attitude, and mistakes. I've complained several times to management and yet she is still here and if anything acting even worse. This isn't the job for you clearly, so please move on and let someone else have the job, who actually wants to work with the customers. As for the inaction of the management... you are clearly not the right people for the job. Move aside and get some new management in there. Until you clean this place up this is my last visit here!

Probably the worst location in the city. Very rude and short staff. They aren't interested in helping you and they make it known. Especially, one of the girls at the drive-thru. I've had several interactions with her and she is always unpleasant. What else... filthy inside the main dinning area and disgusting washrooms. I have come to question how safe the food is to eat. Speaking of that, the food takes forever to get made. They make lots of mistakes on your orders and get frustrated with the customer, yes the customer as if you did something wrong. I'll drive a bit further going forward to another location. This place needs new management or to be shut down.

Had to park for 10 minutes going through the drive thru. We were originally given the wrong drinks, then offered the wrong meal in the waiting stall. Someone else who was there for probably even longer than us had to find the employee to claim their meal. Someone else had to go back inside as their order had missing items. (Overheard). Suppose we should have expected delays/issues given it was the lunch rush.

So, I don't really have anything great to say about this place. We came here recently for the first time ever. Ordered some food, and drinks. All was okay until our change was handed back to us. The cashier had handed it back, and some of it fell to the ground. No big deal. But then she just starred at us, as if she expected us to get out and try and find it and pick it up in the driveway. So we asked for our change and she told us yeah, it fell right there on the ground. So we asked if she could replace the dropped coins and she very rudely said nope I can't, I can't open the register. Like what?! She was also extremely condescending and acted as if she was so much better than us. Honestly, this is such unacceptable behavior. At other locations this has happened too but, the cashier is quick to replace what was dropped, without you even having to mention it. Her snotty attitude towards us is completely uncalled for. I also think that maybe if she had some common sense, she wouldn't try balancing the coins on top of the bill while handing it to the customer but, I guess not. Luckily, the manager heard what was going on and immediately gave us our change. 5 stars for the manager and 0 for the snotty girl.
