I’m a big fan of McDonald’s in general, but unfortunately, this location didn’t meet expectations. The fries tasted like they were cooked in oil that had been reused multiple times — lacking that fresh, crispy texture McDonald’s is known for. It really took away from the experience. I hope the management looks into improving the oil quality and overall freshness. So disappointed💔

I feel very pity for the manager who was working there yesterday and the day before yesterday On. Saturday around 8 pm I was there at the counter to have some food it was busy. The manager was telling his employee to finish the first order I'll help you in the next one it was very clear instructions by the manager but unfortunately these employees look very confused where to start and they were very less to serve the guest. Some how the manager managed to complete the orders and I received my food fresh even it was late. He gave me food with smile and apologize for delay.. Yesterday I was there at drive thru to order coffee it was same manager who took my order and gave it to me, I asked him is that smile on your face is real or fake...he told me it's real but sometime I fake it.....as needed.....This guy need raise or must be promoted... I was there earlier too to buy 4 iced coffee

If I could give zero stars I would. This was literally the worst experience I ever had. As I'm at the drive thru windows waiting for my food, I can see they have a maintenance guy in to fix the machines, as he was right be the open windows and I could hear what he was saying. The one lady passes me my caramel latte, still waiting on other food. So I start drinking my latte and it's so watered down and just really gross. So I asked the lady if they were possibly able to re make it as we were still waiting for food. She rolls her eyes and scoffs at me and says " yeah that's how it's supposed to be because the machines broken and I'm not remaking the latte" she was just so rude for no reason. Before I could speak she ran and got the manager. So I explained to the manager what happened. She said absolutely ill make you another one as our machine is being wonky tonight. I said ok sounds good. By this time we got the food. The drive thru windows open. And now I hear the maintenance man talking about how much alge they have growing all over their machines cause they are constantly wet. After seeing all the green alge, I just didn't even want any of it at that point. The manager tried to say she will remake it but after seeing how NASTY it all was I said no thank you. She did keep trying but no thank you, I don't want anything that comes out of that. I ended up just driving away with no latte and ended up throwing it out cause no one could even stomach anything after that.
Good location, fries were hot and employees are nice I've had much worse at other locations, this location is more enjoyable than they usually McDonald's experience.

How hard is it to take a order from someone and not royally screw it all up. Somehow my usual order of $22 was $40 because they don't know how to listen. Ordered spicy everything and somehow got a chicken patty empty in a container and ranch wraps even tho I literally said spicy 3 f'in times. This place really needs to pull their heads out of their asses. DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY ITS NOT HARD.

Positives: great staff, super friendly, great breakfast sandwich, not soggy or dripping in grease and bacon was nice and crispy, coffee tasted smooth instead of bitter and burned tasting as at many other locations. Negatives: this location was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. Layers of dirt and spills and general filth. This includes tables, seats, window sills, window shades, service counter, floors and washrooms.
