I was in McDonald's this evening and it was very slow and I sat down waiting for my food and I must have been waited like 15 closer to 20 minutes until somebody said did you order some food and I said yes I did and I gave them the number. I had asked them why it had taken so long and also mention that the food was cold they had told me they called me but I was 10 ft away from the account or sitting down waiting for my food the order was to stay in not take out when finally I had received my food it was in a bag the food was cold and they blame me for not hearing them call me at 5 or 6 times which was a lie and the only reason I'm leaving this review is because I hate when people lie. They did not want to take responsibility for their own actions and I certainly would not recommend going there in the evening good help is hard to find k

i ordered big mac small frapp and fries this not 2nd time and always give me not fresh cooked fries it seems hold long time.quality poor is not mc donalds standard.waste my money

Walked in at 12pm on a Saturday to cashier desk. The Manager said to another employee can you help this person at the counter, I'm going on a break. 12:20pm it is packed full of people. 1 customer whom was just behind me waiting 15 mins for his order! 2 cars outside waiting for orders. Fine time manager to be taking a break! Good for you

Nastiest McDonalds ever… found 2 long hairs in Big Mac at 11:45pm yesterday. The health and safety there is an absolute joke.
My family is from Saskatoon and we have lots of dietary restrictions so we almost never get our order right the first try. This McDonald’s got everything right the first try! We were so surprised!

This place is the best with customer service. They had me park cause they were out of some items and told me it would be around 5 minutes. They brought the food out within exactly 5 minutes and gave me a coupon for a free sandwich too!
