The service was average but when I asked for more ketchup at the drive thru they proceeded to only give one packet to me. The fries were also COLD AND SOGGY in which I told them about it and got new fries.
My past experience with McDonald drive-thru wasn’t good but Tuesday night i visited this McDonald and the staff there, they changed my whole experience. McDonald's night drive-thru team was really good. They worked fast and were friendly. It's nice how they quickly give me my food with a smile. They make getting fast food easy and nice and plus the fact I didn’t have to repeat my order twice.
Better here than the other McDonald’s in James Mowatt. The drive thru is fast, never had a problem. The food is always hot. We don’t eat inside so I am not sure about cleanliness. But sometimes we use the bathroom and it is a hot and miss. But overall, I drive here to get fast food than the one in James Mowatt.
