Get your order wrong 9 times out of 10, and then when you ask them to fix it they are so rude about it. So expensive for fast food and it’s not even worth it for what you get. My coffee is always cold and made wrong and the burgers are stale and thrown together. Save your money and time and eat somewhere else.

This used to be one of the good ones now This has to be the absolute worst mcdonald's in edmonton. The food... well its mcdonald's so you already know its not the best. How the food is handled is a joke. Sloppy preparation of your order. Becareful because they like to undercook your food here. Management is very under qualified in customer service. How can you mess my orders up 50+ times and give me attitude for wanting you to fix it. Yes I'm not happy and you are going to get treated with a certain amount of disrespect because you continue to get simple orders wrong even tho you've disciplined by corporate multiple times. Your operations manger Jackie has been great in communicating and taken to real steps to change the customer experience at this location. I can honestly say she gets it. Jackie gets 5 stars. Im not saying dont visit but ensure the quality and accuracy of your order before you leave 8/10 times its wrong

How hard it is to understand two happy meals. Girl was keep laughing while taking order. Very unprofessional and eventually went up to first window tonplace my order. Extremely rude. Very bad experience.
