Shut down the drive thru and turned off the kiosks literally right as I arrived. No one would answer any questions when I tried to inquire. I only had a few minutes to get something, and this totally inconvenienced my day, especially since I missed lunch earlier.

We have been coming to this location since before the renovation back in the 2000s, and even more often since 2014 when our kids were little. We also knew the previous area manager, so this McDonald's has felt like a familiar place for our family over the years.
Unfortunately, there have been many order mistakes both at the front counter and in the drive through. I have tried to be patient and understanding because I know fast food can be busy and stressful.

Today’s experience, however, was especially disappointing. We went through the drive through and were not given a receipt. We parked in their lot for a few minutes so kids could eat and complete their homework, and one of my kids urgently needed to use the washroom. I told my child to bring one of the drinks inside so staff could see we had just made a purchase, since we were not given a receipt to prove it.

My child was turned away and told they could not use the washroom. I then gave my child my bank card to buy something inside just so they could use the restroom. Even then, no receipt was provided.

If there is a policy that only paying customers can use the washroom, that is understandable. But then receipts need to be given consistently with every purchase, whether requested or not. Customers should not have to make an additional purchase, especially in an urgent situation, just to access basic facilities.

We have a long history with this location and want to keep coming back, but experiences like this make it difficult. I hope management can address both order accuracy and clearer, more consistent customer service practices.

The food was ok but I was very disappointed in the way the supervisors treated a young employee who was taking our order. We presented him with 2 gift cards and he was able to put one through but pushed a wrong button and couldn’t put through the other. He called a supervisor who came and he apologized for his mistake. She openly rolled her eyes and called another supervisor to help. Rather than walk him through the transaction they cancelled it and he had to start over. They were obviously annoyed with him and he kept apologizing to them. How is an individual supposed to learn from this kind of treatment? They were both very short with him and embarrassing him by doing all this in public. I can understand training takes time but supervisors shouldn’t treat fellow employees with such disrespect especially in public! This happened on Sunday February 8 @ approximately 130pm. I think your supervisors could use a few customer Service courses as well as conflict in the workplace courses.

The service is pretty standard to any other average McDonald’s but I go to this location specifically because the food is hot and fresh at least 90% of the time. One of the best locations on the west end for sure.

Always fresh and quick service. McDonald's is never going to be really good food, but compared to other McDonald's locations nearby this one is probably the best choice. Most people just use the drive thru, but if you want to dine in it's clean and quiet.

I order sausage mcgriddle with cheese and no egg. No matter how I order I never get the darn cheese! It matters! The cashiers says it comes with it. The cooks apparently think it doesn't. I mean I NEVER get the cheese

The location was quite busy and appeared to be short-staffed, but despite that, the service stood out. The employee named Hunter was exceptional—very helpful, patient, and professional. Even under pressure, he provided great customer service, which made a big difference in the overall experience.
