I've had horrible experiences with the staff here. Management is extremely prejudice. Anyone "rough"or "dirty" looking are treated with disdain, myself included. I spent 160$ buying the local homeless burgers and drinks which should have been appreciated by the McDonald's as well. Instead the very next morning was completely ignored by staff as I stood waiting to order coffees. When I asked why they were doing so ( politely) I got the response " I don't got to serve you" and was refused service for no reason. So I sat down and proceeded to charge my phone anyway and promptly had very rude police escort me from the property ,saying they had the right to do so. More recently I was permanently banned from the place merely for associating with homeless and buying people coffees. They could give no reason for the ban at the time and was again refused service, cash in hand. This is going much too far. I'm polite amd and have never caused any issues here and neither have the homeless . They are 100% just being prejudice and quite honestly there has been absolutely no reason for these transgressions. I will be forever disappointed and dissatisfied with this result. Do. Not.eat. here. Homeless are people too. We have had dealt with worse lives than most could imagine. There are reasons behind every human out here and we fight demons and monsters, hunger and sleep deprivation, judgement a misplaced hatred every. single. day. just to live. There are always bad people and good, in any level of wealth in society. But to be quite honest , the best people end up living alone outside. We've seen what the worst life has to offer. We cannot let others feel the same hurt anger sadnes nor absolute loneliness we've endured. we will help any who need it. That's you kind of people you're judging and hating. Think about that.

Today a child forgot a black backpack with a phone here, when we returned 20-30 minutes later the backpack was gone. We contacted the manager. He said that he saw on the video how our daughter allegedly took the backpack, but he did not want to show us the part of the video where we left because he was very busy, come back tomorrow. BUT he showed us the part of the video where we came with the backpack.. And I am supposed to believe that the staff had nothing to do with it?! Staff Is horrible. Tells people to leave based on appearance, doesn't matter if they just ordered food and haven't finished eating theyll tell you to leave after 5 minutes even though the sign says 30min . Wasn't aware mcdonalds was a black tie restaurant.

27/8/24 Dear Diary. Got lunch from McDonald’s, tried their new Big Arch burger. Made it a meal. Life was looking up. Paid my $17, and paid extra to receive a bag. To fill you in the new Big Arch burger is quite messy. So when I reached into my PAPER BAG I paid EXTRA for to find not a singular NAPKIN is absolutely ridiculous. The mess on my hands and no way to clean them. My life was turned upside down. Anger flowing through me, felt ice in my veins. So I side swiped a family of four, making there SUV roll multiple times down the road. Killing them almost immediately. My hands were too messy, covered in sauce, lettuce on my lap. Nothing to clean my hands with.
This is my last review I leave before the police arrest me for drinking & driving again.

I'm not sure why every single time I come here. They make you park on the side. How hard is it to put cream cheese on a bagel ? Specially when there is noone else in line. Doesn't make sense. And super annoying. I've been late to work about 3 times because of this. Guess I won't be coming here anymore. It's ridiculous.

In a way I can understand not having the public access drinks available for refills due to spills, maintenance, etcetera, but the idea that they can't give any is pretty wild. The reason given was "dollar drink days" but the cost of the diet coke syrup means that that extra drink is definitely quite profitable.
It's a shame that something so basic that Mcdonald's used to be known for is slipping so much. Prices only seem to keep going up, and the meals are expensive! Wish I could look up the 10 restaurants this owner has so I can avoid them.

One of the slower locations for sure. Forgot sauce and mayo on the burger. I always check my bag before leaving as nugget sauce and/or straws are usually missing.
