We get off work 12 hours and come to McDonald's drive thru.Does mc griddle not have egg with option bacon or sausage??? We pick sausage and get no egg no cheese turn around and go back to window.Young east Indian girl was rude was arguing that is Mc griddle hand her back the sandwiches like egg with cheese refuses to take sandwiches I dropped them at window.Where is customer service and friendly hello tell you amount you owe and not any more not even friendly hello just rude no smile nothing friendly bout that young girl.Mcdonalds do better I paid never got food to eat drove straight to Tim Hortons spent more money to eat.Was offered no solution to fix my breakfast sandwiches and I will not be returning if this is drive thru staff. Very disappointing this is customer service train your staff better might have better reviews.Like Manager to help me solve this matter as I never ate and refund of money be greatly appreciated.Thank you!!!

Says that inside closes at 11pm and we were here before that time (10:30pm) and the inside was closed. It’d be much appreciated if they followed their times and didn’t close before what was said on their signs.

Always betwen 3am and 4am, the girl working either says they are updating thier system and cant take an order. And say good to go for 4am. But its happened as well before 3am and still same speil. Ive talked to other mcdonalds innare, and they say thats weird, as it only takes 15 mins max i have a feeling its because shes by herself and cant cook her way out of a wet paper bag. Improve ur service or loose more customers

The mcdonalds 16725 stony plain road and the restaurant is disgusting. The women's washroom seats are poop covered. It took everything for them to actually go clean it. The counter where they serve the food trays are sticky and dirty. Even after cleaning the women's washroom seats, there's still pee stuck to the seat. This is unacceptable. I will be contacting the public health inspectors to inspect this restaurant. Take your business elsewhere if you dont want to eat somewhere dirty like this place.
I loved this McDonalds as a teenager 25 years ago but it's gone horribly downhill. Smells like a homeless shelter inside, dirty floor and tables, wait for food is excessive for fast food and I've had multiple orders from the self serve kiosk completely forgotten about for 30 minutes with no apology
You're honestly far better going to the meadowlark or Westmount locations, this McDonald's has been in shambles for about the last 10 years with what appears to be zero effort from corporate or management to improve

As my dad and I were going through the drive-through, the man at the window had our receipt in his mouth and then put it in the bag! What the actual heck?! I'm pretty sure that is NOT food safe?! I have tried phoning the restaurant multiple times, and the phone won't even go through. I'm never eating here again.

poor attendant was alone ,on Saturday night drive thru..I received the food but no sauce..I watched the attendant make faces during her drive thru calls ..unprofessional even for a Mc Donald's..
