Worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. Truly. The machine has a “no refills” policy, unlike any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. I ordered the Big Mac meal. The Big Mac came in an opened box and falling apart. The Big Mac was cold. In addition, the medium fries did not fill the fries box. The size is more comparable to a small. The fries taste bitter, fatty and cold. It is as if someone left them in the fryer for too long, forgot about them for a couple days, and then dumped them out for sale. The ketchup at this location is runny and way too sweet, as if someone over diluted it with sugary water. Overall this experience was so horrible that it made me leave my first bad review on this app. Avoid this place at all costs, and if you’re craving McDonalds, go to the one by the Italian store.

I went at this location at 3:06 AM just to get a mcflurry. When i went to the drive thru to order, the lady told me that she’s on her break and i told her that why did their store says 24 hrs open on google maps if they can’t serve during a particular time. She asked me to come to the window and she gave me my order even when she was on her break which made me feel very embarrassed for being rude to her before. She might have refused to serve me after me being rude to her but she gave me my order while being very polite.

The Reviews are True.This location is VERY VERY Slow.A Medium Sized Order (2 Meals) took 15 Mins, and the Coke took another 3 Mins on top of that.I had 2 delivery drivers waiting in front of me, they've been there even longer.The McNuggets are very stale and barely warm.Also, no drink refills for some reason. I think it is the only McDonald's I've seen that posted. (See Photo Attached)Clearly not very well organized.

Count your change if you pay cash at the drive through here. The lady has short changed me on more than one occasion. When the till does the math for you, you cant honestly make that mistake. I dont go inside to order because of the homeless crowded around the doors, they are always drunk or high and smell really bad. One time there was a guy inside that had passed out under a table and peed himself.
