Absolutely horrible. Food was made poorly and when asked to correct they put zero effort in. Employees don’t care about their job or the customer and have horrible attitudes. Do not go there or waste your money here

I ordered a medium coffee double double yesterday morning and I got a black coffee so I returned and this employee named Aftan made sure to serve me the right one. was very polite apologetic and smiling. Loved this location.

This is the third or fourth time this month that I have ordered from this McDonald’s restaurant, and my order has been wrong. I ordered French fries without salt, but they were full of salt. I also ordered a Big Mac without pickles and with extra lettuce, but it was not prepared correctly. Additionally, I ordered a Coke Zero, but it tasted like plain water. Unfortunately, this is happening again, and I’m just wasting my money with this restaurant.

Poor customer service.Came in Dec 2/24 to order two coffees to go.
Attendant clearly heard the order as she entered it, and clearly heard me say "that's everything", as she then said "Are you sure, look at all the tasty muffins beside you in the display"
I repeated it and then she said "What, sorry." Pretending she couldn't hear me. The customer behind me said "He just said it twice".
At this point I just walked out. You can't even buy a coffee today without encountering incompetence with racism thrown in.
Judging by other reviews the management here don't give a darn so steer clear of this place.

Did not fulfill my order, charged me for items that were not delivered.
Do not buy or order from this location.
Tried to contact store and door dash helpline # just to be told a refund of $1.99 can be issued in place of the $10.99 item that was paid for but not delivered. Clearly not a just or fair resolution so i requested to speak to manager. Customer service managers were "on calls" and too busy to rectify this issue..I waited for 20 mins just to have the poor customer service advisor tell me a manager will call me back.

Fries were not salty enough or full, food was not hot, wraps did not have enough sauce or just a glob at one end. The pop was obviously at the end of needing to be changed so 2 of our drinks were undrinkable. So just crappy overall.
Service is horrible. Give them a thank you, you can even get a you're welcome or even a smile. They just look at you giving you a stale look.

Not impressed in the drive thru. The lady does not understand a word of English and I’m sitting there for 3 minutes trying to tell them my order that they have gotten wrong on the screen 3 times. I had to go inside the restaurant and use the kiosk to order.
On top of that the Big Mac was way to cold and it seems they always are.
