I ordered a medium coffee double double yesterday morning and I got a black coffee so I returned and this employee named Aftan made sure to serve me the right one. was very polite apologetic and smiling. Loved this location.
Just placed an order thru the drive thru.
Had to go to the pay window, as the girl couldn’t hear us through the speaker. She also got our order wrong when we repeated our order at the pay window. I ended up with a single quarter pounder without cheese and ketchup, in place of the double quarter pounder. I asked for a carbonated water and the staff at the window said that they didn’t carry it! They eventually consulted a staff member who knew what carbonated or soda...

We visited this location today and experienced really great service, and the food tasted up to standard. However the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathroom gave me a lot of pause about ever returning to this location. The floor by the pop machine was extremely sticky, the ketchup was empty and there were ketchup splatters on the counter. The bathroom sink was unclean with little bugs crawling around. The restaurant is in bad need of a deep clean.
