Drive-thru didn't wait long though!

Hello,
I went in and ordered food from the kiosk. I had to pay at the till so I stood there. I waited. One of the workers walked straight past me and didn't say anything to me. Did not acknowledge I was there, did not say anything about someone will be right with me. I waited a bit more. Still no response from any of the staff. I had to raise my voice and asked if anyone worked at the til. Finally I got some sort of a response from a lady. When she came over, I made it clear that instead of walking right past me, that the gentleman could have acknowledged the fact I was there and said someone will be right there instead of blatantly ignoring me. She said she asked for the help. I said I did not care and that it was rude to walk by a customer clearly waiting for someone to help them and not a say a word. Now as this lady was in front of me, I was trying to say that I needed to pay for the order from the kiosk. Again, couldn't get a word in do to the fact she's standing directly in front of me, repeatedly yelling around about another order after asking what I needed help with. Again, this was extremely rude. You ask me what can I get you, then ignore my response, making me repeat myself another time or two. If you are asking me what I need, focus on me, the customer, directly in front of you.
I found the staff at this location to be extremely rude. I will definitely not be returning to this location, and I will be making it known to my friends and family to not ever go to this location as well.

Going through the drive-thru I was given attitude by this guy with a long messy hair that looked like curls ?. Not sure if he just had a bad day but if you’re working atleast be on your work attitude and be friendly towards customers. I ended up in a bad mood just like anyone would. I hope you guys have a talk with this employee.

I don’t know what happened to this location. Used to be one of the best but it’s fallen off lately. It’s only the mornings and late night that’s good. But even late night, the line up is crazy and sometimes takes atleast 20 mins from ordering to getting the food. :(

They can't speak english at this location. You need to be fluent in Tagalog to communicate

This location’s drive through is never in service . They say that we are out of stock or our system is down. I came in 2 times today and yesterday as well. The same reason and every time. What’s the purpose of drive thru if you can’t serve your customers. Shut down your drive thru. Worst mcd i have ever been to. Zero star rating.

Cheap on the burger toppings, and sarcastically rolled eyes when I asked for a handful of ketchup for my fries. It's sad how customer service is non existent here. 😞

I don't often leave a review but it must be said this is one of the worst locations in the city. I used to be a regular but half the time they can't get the order right. The other half of the time you are asked to wait for 10 min at which point they bring you cold food and lukewarm coffee. Today I spent 10 min waiting for them to figure out how to even take my order, eventually i gave up and left with no food and no coffee. I would give 0 stars if I could.
