Waited 30 minutes for 2 burgers at 12:30am cause their awful managers decide it’s a great idea to have 2 people working when the line up was long. Not the workers fault whatsoever, whoever is in charge of labour should be embarrassed having 2 people deal with that many orders.

Often requires me to pull to the side even when nobody is behind me in line. Very few ftrn requires drive through service to pull away from drive through to complete service. Poor drive through quality

Just finished my evening shift and wanted to stop by to grab a bite before bed. After working a long hard day, came to this McDonald’s just to be tossed my food, without getting the order correctly. Then I’m waiting at the drive-through honking for an employee to help me, but the employees are in the back on their phone so I had to look back around and literally get my items again.

Pretty easy to count to 6. A child can do it. And still I only got 5 chicken nuggets instead of the 6 I ordered. When you can’t trust the workers you probably can’t trust the food either (if you want to call it that) I can say with 100% sincerity that I will never spend my money here again.

I only go here if there’s no other option. The service is terrible and slow. They had me wait outside for my order for a while I finally walked in and they handed me the box right away after they said they’d come out with the food after 5 min. I don’t recommend coming here unless you have time to waste.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I waited for a long time, but no one from customer service even bothered to acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. The staff seemed uninterested and not attentive at all. For a place that’s supposed to be fast service, this was very frustrating. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected from McDonald’s.
