I by accident drop my coffee on the table and all over myself and the girl in the front counter (Maki? Sorry if I spell it wrong) came super fast to help, she was extremely kind, she took care of all the mess I did, all with a great smile on her face. She gave me a new coffee and asked if I was okay. Thank you so much.

We went there on thursday (September 11th), 9:21 pm, the girl who was on drive thru payment window was so rude and had zero customer service. Such a bad experience we had on our first visit to this location.

i just went to them at night 1:30 and that girl there dont know who may be manager there and i order mcflury there and that took too long prepair my order then i just ask her why it take too long she sad me COME inSide and make order amd then clos window very hard and i feel very bad that time i want mcdownald to take this type of worker seriously to take your coustomers serious

Very disappointed with the service today at the drive-thru. We only ordered ice cream, but it took a very long time to get it. When we politely asked why it was taking so long, the staff member responded very rudely, saying “I work alone, if you have any problems just come inside and work.” That is not the kind of attitude customers should receive. Poor customer service and very unprofessional.

Really good customer service. They gave the wrong food, not only they changed it however felt sorry again for the thing. Really showed that they wanted customer satisfaction at first by not just correcting the order but also admitting their part and setting standards.
