Latest. Anytime after 1am they are short staffed, slow, there is no value in this restaurant anymore. Just here for the cheap coffee...what a disappointment. 20 min in drive thru for a coffee. Only 3 people ahead of me.
You guys stuck.
Ordering food after 11pm is the problem. Burgers are soggy and fries are luke warm. Fries are not full in container and undet cooked.
Should not have to pay extra for a bag made out of recycled material.
Prices are too inflated. There is no more value in this franchise.

Depending on the location you go to now, McDonald's plentiful seating is a thing of the past and also hanging out for a coffee with a friend. Nothing is by accident with a corporation, food orders are largely take out so save money on seating and tables. Get your food and take it with you. Thank you come again!

I ordered MC Aloo Tikki burger. They put the junior chicken sauce? Like Why? Aloo tikki supposed to taste like Aloo tikki. I’m really disappointed. Moreover, they took 1 hour 30 minutes to make 1 burger?

3yrs ago had terrible experience, come back and looks like nothing much gotten changed. Coffee is always missing something or requested sweetener. Be on top of each section instead of having each individual switch over have one do one job at a time is more convenient then being scattered. Just saying.
I have been to this location, and my wife and I tried to eat something there. As soon as you open the door, you are hit by a putrid smell coming from the homeless people lying and sleeping along the seating area, with dirty clothes. The McDonald’s looks more like a homeless shelter than a restaurant. The smell was so strong that it made me feel nauseous, and I had to leave the place. I miss the days when my father used to take me to McDonald’s and it was a family-friendly place.

When did fast food become this insanely expensive? McDonald's has lost its way... fast food is supposed to be fast... and cheap. Get a healthier entree at a real restaurant... it's better for you, and more reasonably priced.

It’s like playing 21 questions at the drive thru every time I try to order. And having to repeat a 4 digit code several times to people that have a hard time understanding English is not fair to anybody. Just get a scanner for the points like every other chain does. Say how can I help you and listen for peoples order instead of guessing what they are ordering and upselling for extras. Just listen to the order. I swear it takes twice as long to get through the drive thru now because I’m constantly interrupted by questions instead of the workers just taking my order.
I live a 2 minute drive from this McDonalds but Im going to start drive 15 minutes too another because this one never gets my order right. Today they are doing renos, so only the drive through is open, so they wouldn’t take a coupon because of the renos. What a joke….
Yikes. If you are planning on stopping for some rotten Ronnie’s and you happen to drive by this location and say to yourself “perfect! There’s one right here” I want you to do yourself a favour and drive as far passed this location as you possibly can. Both food and service were absolutely abysmal - and it’s rotten Ronnie’s so the expectations aren’t high. Brutal.

They never EVER give you the ketchup that you requested. I’m convinced it’s their policy at this point.
