They don't want to open the inside area and will not assist anyone who has already to ordered by the app that did not come with a vehicle. Absolute horrible system with little compassion for anyone on foot and the manager had zero ability to compromise or even come to the window to deal with the situation themselves. Really sad to see from someone who attends this McDonald's daily and so do he co workers. Convincing everyone to change to Second Cup or bringing their own coffee instead of encouring this environment.
Worst experience at the drive thru. We came around 9 pm. The girl at the second window gave us the incomplete order and then we came again in drive thru and ask for the missisng items and she asked that you didn’t order that items and she didn’t provide us the receipt of the order, very low qaulity service

Upon entering this store and using the self serve to order our food, my boyfriend, while waiting to pay at the counter was asked to leave. There was no justification to this other than the fact that maybe the manager(Selma) just didn't like the look of him? When I asked repeatedly for her name, etc. She completely ignored me. It took me calling the store and her answering the phone to get her name. This was absolutely appalling behavior.
After I got her name she did begin yelling that I as well had to leave. If at all possible I would very much like to speak with the store manager.
No one deserves to be degraded and treated in such a manner especially while trying to give your business money.

One of the worst branch i've went to. Very bad service! No one pay attention to your order that's why you always end up with wrong order or been over charge!!! Very bad management!!!
This is the only location we've been to where, when going through the drive-thru, we're asked to go wait for our food in the parking lot. It seems to happen every time we go (maybe twice a month). They say the food will be out in 4 minutes but we're often waiting up to 12 minutes (sometimes longer) for our food to be brought to us.
Our last visit, we were told to go wait in the parking lot because the fries weren't ready (we were told about 5 minutes).. We refused and said we'd wait at the window, as we were on a tight schedule and thought we were at a fast food restaurant. The fries were out to us in less than a minute (and we were served through the takeout window). Why do they usher people out of the drive thru and into the parking lot to wait frustratingly long times? Service needs to be improved.

Friendly Staff and Restaurant is Clean despite the Restaurant was super Busy and has a lot of Homeless .

I especially ordered her to make me a hot chocolate and she made mint coffee. Like if your can’t understand English then why would you hired a staff like that! I wish I could give no star I already have allergy to mint and she gave me mint coffee. My order no. was 262

Got threatened by a homeless person. Zero staff or security intervention. Please do more for making sure the dining experience is safer. Will not be returning after this.

this place sucks. no drinks and no sauces.
We ordered food late at night and it took almost 1 hour and 30 minutes which is fine because it was a bit of a problem with the driver and this store. However all we expected was for our food to have a bit of warmth to it since we ordered 2 McChickens and 2 hot chocolates. All we expected was for the food to be remade or for them to have waited for an assigned driver before making our order.. when calling the store the next morning we were met with a rude lady on the phone that showed no remorse or even gave a slight crap about what happened, my intentions wasn’t to attack her as I know it probably wasn’t her working the night before but an apology would’ve been nice or for her to show more professionalism.
