Pretty much mid across the board.
The food and drinks are alright, other locations seem to all be better and the amount of homeless people pooling in and out and banging on your vehicle windows in the drive though is quite impressive and makes me want to drive to the further one for a better experience.
As staff goes, all young and disrespectful, I’ve seen multiple arguments and disruptions inside the restaurant - seems to be mainly the day crew!!
Morning staff seem great and well versed but that’s not when I go…

I opened my quarter Blt burger and I wasn't happy because what I found was a plastic bag of Bacon. This is not a joke, just a joke

The food isn't really an issue here, and I don't blame the staff for being irritated. It's a busy location and almost half the time someone is at your window asking for money. The car I was in has been surrounded twice. Be careful and keep your doors locked.

Brooklyn is by far the best customer facing attendant that I have ever come across. She was bubbly, happy, articulate and upsold me $15 worth of food that I didn't come in for. she's got everything you need you better keep an eye on this one cuz if you don't I'm going to take her when I open my business in Alberta here. Im scouting properties from Ontario.

They regularly don't secure the lid to their coffee cups causing the lid to pop off as they hand it to you

I tried the new bacon [chicken] ranch poutine (sans poulet). Honestly, the concept is awesome, I wish it would stay on the menu but I would like it better with a little less ranch (it was saturated) and if the cheese curds were a little more melted. The burger was great and the place was a little messy but the young man that took my order almost made up for the downfalls with his positive attitude and hard working efficiency (he did a fantastic job considering he was the only one working the till).

I received hotcakes with a hair in the food, which is completely unacceptable. I also ordered medium fries, but the portion I received was barely the size of a small. On top of that, the employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called the store to request a refund, the staff member I spoke to had
a very bad attitude.

This experience shows serious issues with food safety, customer service, and staff behavior.

Being in such proximity to busses and the train, this location is ideal for a quick lunch stop, however, it also attracts Etowns not so finest and they tend to sour the atmosphere. Although they mostly keep to themselves.
The staff and food are satisfactory for a McDonald's restaurant. Not expecting Sawmill quality.

I started coming to this McDonalds because there are less homeless people than the other one close to me. I come every now and then but usually during the day. Never had an issue with the staff until yesterday. I came in long before close but they had closed the fountain pop machine. The girl running the till did not tell me that since the self serve pop machine was closed I could not get a refill and she refused when I asked if she could fill it for me (they used to do that all the time). It is not our fault that they close down their machines early. They need to just take a little time. If you are too busy, keep your machines open until your restaurant closes. Your menu says refills, so you should provide refills to those dining in store.
