They dont care about delivery drivers if they care they will have delivery room the weather is cold but they want us to wait outside the door and there is homeless people are using drugs they have it knife if they stub me or doing something wrong i will sue the all workers also store too thanks i hope u guys will have room for delivery personel

Wait in line in the drive thru, then sent around the corner to wait again. Charge me for a bag, and get pan handled for money in the parking lot.

A number of homeless people at this location going through the garbage and bothering you. Takes away from the atmosphere and you just need to use the drive through
***Updated to 3 stars--went here again twice mid October 2024 and the coffee and service was way better***Went here twice early October 2024. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Good thing I only went here for coffee, but the coffee was HORRIBLE. Workers/cashiers didn't seem to care how busy they were/work any harder and didn't prioritize orders the way they should. FYI this is NOT a safe McDonald's to bring kids to, questionable ppl outside the entry, not totally their fault but still.

Ordered here recently and the patty on our Big Arch burger was slightly undercooked, but quarter pounder was even worse, pretty much raw. Not the first time this happened from this location. Called them about it and they were not very accomodating, and a little rude. It was a food safety issue, but they weren’t even apologetic at all.

This is the worst place to go to for night shift even for a simple coffee. I don’t know how many times I’ve backed out of the drive-through because when I’m on my way to work whether it’s 1 o’clock in the morning or 6 o’clock in the morning, I don’t need to be sitting in the drive-through for 10 minutes When it’s dead
