This McDonald's would be cool if things were done right lol, I understand simple mistakes like forgetting my straw, but they forgot the cheese on my double quarter pounder with cheese, they ALSO managed to forget the Ice in my large pop lmao
And don't get me started on all the wrong food items! They gave me a quarter pounder on a double quarter pounder order (no thanks) and they gave me a mcdouble made like a big Mac on a regular mcdouble order (thanks)
And countless times I've been waiting for my food just to hear about other customers missing/wrong food items
Maybe they should hire me so I can figure out what's going on
The customers there are certainly customers, freakouts seem to be quite frequent which are fun to witness lol

My husband went to order the grinch happy meals instead were being told they don’t sell them. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE SOLD FROM THAT LOCATION 3 days ago.. if you’re too lazy to make food just say so.. avoid unless you enjoy cold food and getting lied to.

What an awful and unprofessional place! I went there this morning, seen they hadn’t fixed the speaker in the drive through yet so I went inside. I was standing in line behind another man for about 10 mins. An employee that worked there came out of the bathroom and cut the line and stood in front of the till. Still waiting to order a coffee, she began to order food. I said out loud “excuse me, you can’t cut the line like that, theirs a line up behind you”. Then she backed up but the man in front of me said to her “go ahead and order miss”. I then just walked out of the store. I should have talked to a manager. She works there, she can wait: customers first. I just wanted a cup of coffee. Myself and my family will never go back there again. I go there every single morning for a coffee but from now on I’ll just go to Tim Hortons. Very unprofessional. Wish I knew her name so I could call her out but I know what she looks like in case a manager contacts me and asks me. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will charge you for refills. If you want napkins, guess what, you'll get 1 with an order for 2 meals🙄 This location has gotten worse.

This location has the WORST service. Go park while we make 2 breakfast sandwiches 10 am in the morning!!! It's breakfast time and a drive thru!!! Staff are all newcomers and are slower than molasses in January!
