Been a regular here for 15 years, always a great crew regardless of the challenges of the customers . Just had the spicy veggie burger, and if this location stops serving it, I’ll boycott. It was That Good. 🤤 🍔

this location is extremely dirty. ill mannored. not trained properly and very ignorant. did I mention how dirty it is !! I would rate it less than 1 star. also found a needle laying by the ketchup pump... summer of 2017 I was entering mcdonalds and a bike fell on my leg ... went inside bleeding and nobody would even hand me a napkin ..just stared at me... terrible customer service here.. Result... a bike rack not even close to the door.... the restaurant area is always completely full of garbage from past patrons. do not stay to eat . go go go!! Sept 13 . Went through the drive through starving . There was a super stadium event mcdonalds was packed and I got the worst quarter pounder and big Mac in my life . I was starving I ate the pickles and fed the rest to the garbage

I have been to this particular McDonald's a couple of times over the years. Last year during a drive through stop this location was rude to the drive of the vehicle I was in. So I tried to give it another shot during a recent event and actually went into this kid supposed friendly restaurant. This location was another, but kid friendly! It's cold in the lobby, and now fun for kids anymore. The types of bathrooms this particular location has you have to use a doorbell system with an intercom. Once your in there, the automatic lights come on. The music is so loud it, that it drowns out the natural sounds of deafication! You even cannot hear yourself think. If your in there too long, the lights go out! It's literally pitch black in there while your going to the bathroom! There is no where for the mother to change her child in them either. Hopefully, they don't resort to using the tables as a change table!
BETTY!!!!! Is the best person we have dealt with ever and she was able to keep smiling after rude customers were upset. She was absolutely splendid and did her job above what was expected.

The staff Ira, was so rude, we are at the command post on the NSR volunteering to help find a missing child.
When we went and ordered some lunch we asked if it was possible to have some ice from their machine to bring back for the coolers at the command post.
This woman look at us, and rudely said No and walked away. Then refused to give her name, told the staff that she was not allowed to tell us her name.
I want to add that the new staff who assisted me was very polite and respectful.
We are paying customers, we asked a question and to be responded to so rudely is disgusting behavior.
I would like her supervisor to contact me.

Terrible food. Terrible service. Was given items that were not only made incorrectly as to what was shown on the receipt but there was a hair in the food aswell. The staff refused to remake the food or give a refund and then laughed at me when I looked sad and was forced to throw out my food. Horrible restaurant. Horrible staff. Horrible manager Jane. This crew needs to be fired and replaced.
