I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's in Inglewood. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff member who served me who I believe is named Marlin was very rude, arrogant, and dismissive when I asked a simple question about my order. Instead of helping, they spoke in a disrespectful tone and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should be about treating people with basic respect, and unfortunately that was completely missing during my visit. I understand that fast food can be busy and stressful, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers badly. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving staff professionalism at this location. I never do these reviews as it's a waste of time but this is a very disappointing experience.

Went to drive through. The girl on the speaker was not listening to me. I tried to order two Mcgriddle meals. I had to go to the window to find out she put it in as mcmuffins, then proceeds to tell me they don't serve breakfast until 4 am. After consulting with my spouse, i ordered a mcmuffin and two medium coffees. I get back home and the coffees are weak and watery. Never going there again.

Good mcdonalds. I've only been here once. You have to ask to use the bathroom with proof of purchase, and sometimes they take a while to get to you, but otherwise it's good service! They brought my food to the table for me.

Worst run drive thru in the city. It's close to my work, only reason I ever go here. Every time I go here it's truly awful. Quicker to go to a drive thru at a McDonald's on St Albert trail and come back. Stay away
