Here they have the worst customer service, I simply substituted for habanero and the manager charged me for a dip cup and then when I say I want it she says, you can’t have it just cause you want it and then closes the window and walks off!! Then comes back and says it again and says have a nice day!! Worst MANAGER EVER!!! If I get charged for something I expect to have it with my order!!

If you can’t prepare the food in 10 mins, why are you putting that in uber eats, worst service … delaying every 10 mins, its literally 1 hour for a sandwich, what’s the use of putting staff and can’t even get the order

Worst McDonald’s ever. I feel like it’s extremely hard to do a job like this so poorly. The woman working the graveyard shift was a miserable woman. She was extremely rude to the DoorDash drivers outside. She needs to work on herself. Also refused entry for customers at 9:pm to use bathroom despite paying for food.
Worst Macdonalds ever in Edmonton. Super slow like they are getting paid for their work. Manager should notice on that.

I got my food door dashed. I was so excited as it was 3am we just got back from bar I was dehydrated. Open the bag, boom Frutopia had split everywhere and on to my friend’s white carpet. The lid was not closed at all and the drink leaked into our fries and chicken nuggets. And then they forgot my honey. Cause I usually dip nuggets in honey.

Told them the tables were so filthy we couldn't hardly find a place to eat. They didn't care, haven't even cleaned them up. Reccomend against this place if you value your health.

I’ve never left a review at a McDonald’s because I feel like it’s pretty hard to mess up but although Catherine was great today, Whoever was at the first window and taking drive-through orders was the meanest employee I’ve ever interacted with. She was rude and belittling, and was not willing to address an issue with rewards points and payment and snapped at me for trying to confirm my order. Having worked in customer service, it takes a lot to surprise me but this was enough to write a review.

Why don’t you separate the restroom and the dining area with a door? The entire restaurant is filled with a mix of food and bathroom odors, which is really hard to describe. I’ve been to many McDonald’s locations, and the dining environment here is the worst.
