Bought $35 worth of take out food for the family. When we got home which is just closeby, my deluxe cheeseburger is sloppily done, swimming in ketchup eventhough I didn't ask for extra ketchup. Fries were cold.

Just gonna stop thinking this location will get better and never go here again. All good, I guess I didn't want my breakfast thanks. Clarified my order several times, funny even the packaging is correct, just not the food I paid for and then threw away once getting home and biting into.

OMG it took 3 different people to make my order correctly and I ordered straight off the menu. Worst McDonald’s in the city. Didn’t even offer compensation for the 20 minutes I had to wait for them to make a crispy chicken and bacon wrap.

Went and ordered 2 lattes. They asked us to pull up into reserved, not a big deal..but we waited for about 15 Minutes (was about to head inside and see what was going on). Someone came out with 1 latte and said the machine was being difficult, understandable. But they handed me the coffee and it was cold. The worker asked if I wanted replacements.
The worker came back out with my change, and a coupon for a free small fry. Ok, things happen,not a big deal...the waiting 15 Minutes was annoying but whatever. But then We went to a different McDonald's just down the road and ordered the same thing. Gave them the change I had been given back and turns out they shorted me on my refund...gave me the amount before GST and whatever else. Over all just wasn't handled well

I unfortunately had a not-so-great experience here today. I went through the drive-thru for a lunch order. At the pick-up window, the employee informed me that they needed to make some fries for my order, and asked me to park in the designated stalls, and someone would bring out my food. This was totally understandable, and I also thought to myself: "Amazing! My fries will be hot and fresh!" I ended up waiting 15 mins for my food. While I was waiting, I saw the Mcd's employee bring out food for 3 customers who parked after I parked. I stepped out of my car to ask the employee. Before I was able to begin asking my question, she cut me off and said: "Yea, yea, yea! It's coming!" 2 minutes later, she brought out two more bags and handed one to me. I immediately opened the bag to find that my food was on the cooler side of warm. Trans#: 1LND7MMDCH
