Horrible customer service. Wanted to charge $.30 per sauce packet when I got a plain burger for my child. I saved You money on my kids burger and just asked for one Mc chicken sauce. And the woman was so rude about it. Never going back.

I'm a senior, and when I visited this Mcdonald's it was very busy. A young lady named Kiziah helped me and made sure my order was fresh. She served me with a big smile and greeted me kindly. Her service really stood out.

Weird. Canadians cant walk up to the drive through and get served. But immigrants can......... I try, get denied. Immagrants have no problem, why is that. Am I experiencing systemic racism? That would be odd considering I was born and raised here. See photos attached. I would also like an explanation.... Also have video if need be. When the employee was asked. We order at 11:45pm tonight, they took 15 mins to give me my order. Mcpops are frozen, meat isn’t cooked, grilled cheese with extra cheese only had one cheese slice. Waste of money trust me go to another McDonald’s

We ordered four meals and they billed us for two bags. They had us park to wait for our meal and bring it out in one bag. So four meals fit in one bag but they wanna charge for two bags I had to go in and get my $.25 back for the other bag. But they tried to give me another bag instead of the $.25. I’m like why do I want another bag when the whole meal fits in one bag. I said they should use the pancake bag but they said that’s not our policy. They’re just using this as a money grab.
