Monday afternoon I decided to come in for a coffee, the girl at the front counter(she was wearing a black zip up and had a septum) was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience, she even started up a conversation with me! I don’t know if she’s a manager or not but she has a lot of potential and I’d suggest investing in her more! The coffee was wonderful, and the lobby was quite clean for what you’d expect a McDonald’s to look like, overall my best experience at McDonald’s.

Greasy greasy greasy fried chicken. Never again. I used to buy a bucket of KFC every week for our trucking crew. Never again. Must have changed meat supplier and recipes. So greasy we pulled skin off & fed it to our dogs.

I ordered through skip the dishes at this location and they messed up on my order I order a tea and it was coffee, my meal looks unappealing my burger is filling apart and I haven't touched it and doesn't look like they added lettuce and Mayo

I told her the order number, she knows what ever order is working on is mine, she plays dumb and asked for a 4 digit number code, I told her my order number at the beginning. She confused me for a second, but noticed how stupid she is.

Service is slow the restaurant feels cramped and poorly maintained. Food quality is hit‑or‑miss—fries often soggy, burgers sometimes cold, and the chicken nuggets lack crispness. Prices high of course , yet the inconsistent taste, stale décor, and occasional long waits make the overall experience disappointing.

Ordered coffee and some food got clearly old it expired wraps on my breakfast burrito they where so hard I had trouble biting threw and the coffee was old and burnt
If this is the one on 82nd street, theres a girl that works there that has the most welcoming smile. I hope she is there everytime I go.

OMG NEVER GO HERE!!! Went to go use the bathroom and i walking into a multiple mice eating what looked like human faeces as well as a homeless lady smoking a pipe in one of the stall. absolutely unreal 😡😡🤮
