This location has continuously been a disappointing experience on multiple occasions for the drive thru. After payment I’m told to pull forward to wait for my order in the “reserved” spot for a simple order of a tea & coffee. I waited 5+ minutes before I shut off my car to go in the store as they clearly forgot about me. Staff came with my tea & coffee, to then see the XL tea only has one tea bag (should always have 2 for XL). This isn’t the first time I’ve had my tea wrong and wait in the reserved for far too long.

We bought delivery , I order Mchiken sandwich, but they put big machine sauce instead of Mayonnaise and I don't like that sauce, I cannot contact there Johanna.

This is one of my favourite Fast food restaurants. I come for the food, but happy to have pleasant staff, and good/fast service.

This has got to be the WORST McDonald’s in all of Edmonton. The service is absolutely terrible. You will wait 15 minutes for one item after you’ve already paid (drive thru) and your order still comes out cold. If you have a McDonald’s that’s further and this one’s closer, just drive further. Don’t waste your time

Messed up my burgers and forgot the BBQ sauce on both of my friends other orders
Since I took drive thru at this McDonald's at 3 AM, I was expecting colder food, however, I was pleasantly surprised that the 5-10 min. Wait was well worth it! The food was hot and fresh and well made! It made our weary stomachs very happy after a long evening! 10/10!

I got off work at 2:30 am and was craving some food before going to bed. I placed an online order through the mcdonalds app, I showed up and they told me they weren’t accepting next orders till breakfast (4am lol) this isn’t the first time this has happened. The service at this location is the absolute worst I have ever seem, Its crazy that all these negative reviews do nothing to change how poor their customer service is at this location. On the bright side there is another location that is 2km away on 82nd ave and 75th street that is more than happy to serve customers.

I love that they hire local kids in the community that speak fluent english. I love to see so many young local kids building their future here. They were so positive to me, I felt at home here.

Okay McDonald's, busy with lots of full tables. There was an attendant for the front lobby. Tried the cheeseburger deluxe, it was okay, small meat patty. And their chicken, bacon, chipotle sandwich was good but dry. Overall what id expect from McDonald's
