Wish I could do zero stars. Worst service ever!!! Restaurant not busy! One order in front of me 15 minutes to get a Big Mac Meal. Staff member reported they were short on staff. First off as a customer this is not my fault. It’s either the manager or owner who is responsible for staffing!

This location is fairly clean and the employees all seem very hard-working and earnest at their jobs. But I'm constantly frustrated with the lack of quality of service here (it isn't the first time this one messed up, because whenever we order in advance from here, they keep forgetting to give us our orders, my boyfriend is the last one to leave and all they do is give you a coupon for the cheapest item on the menu as compensation).
They messed up my order and instead of offering me the burgers that they messed up on, they took it back and threw it in the garbage. Also, I wanted to change up my order ($13 for a couple of re-heated mcnuggets + fries + a med fountain pop is highway robbery, now that I think about it) for the Big Mac deal (for the more reasonable $9.99) which I didn't see until afterwards, but they said that was 'impossible' because I used the self-order/checkout they keep encouraging us to use at restaurants now and I couldn't get my money back because they don't carry cash at this location. So they were going to give me another coupon for an ice cream or something. Even though their ice cream machines are broken (AGAIN). Lastly, the faucet in the ladies washrooms has been Out of Order forever - which makes me wonder about the hygiene here..
I'm disappointed but not surprised. If you do order at this location, you do so at your own risk and keep your expectations low.

Slowest McDonald’s ever. 1030am o n Saturday. It was not busy at all. Pre-ordered with the app. There was one order before me. No other orders, no other customers but they started my order 5 minutes AFTER I arrived. I don’t think they understand the meaning of “fast food”. Terrible way to start a Saturdays standing there watching 3 workers walk around slowly cleaning before addressing you order.
I guess they don’t care their google review since it’s low enough. But still, avoid this McDonald’s, slowest, they let you order on the app then a lot of things they don’t even have when you show up. If you don’t have the items why you still let people to choose on the app, and won’t inform the customer until we get to the restaurant. Horrible customer service

On Sunday, July 28, we stopped to buy cold coffee, ice cream and wrap for the road. Ice cream was not on the menu, and a standard-sized wrap was not on the menu either.
We took iced coffee and a wrap as a snack. The coffee was not prepared according to technology, it looked like milk with ice and a little coffee, even the color was not natural for this drink.
The wrap also aroused suspicion, since the chicken in it was too overcooked and the sauce was not the freshest. It's good that my husband did not eat it. We had to go to Calgary.
But I was so unlucky, 20 minutes after I ate the wrap and drank 1/3 of the ice coffee, I felt very bad. We stopped near the road because we did not even have time to get to the gas station.
I almost lost consciousness, I vomited several times and had an upset stomach. I do not remember such poisoning in my life! ❌❌❌
What was happening in the kitchen while this order was being prepared is unknown, but it would be better if a sanitary inspection came there! The products are not fresh and the technology for storing and preparing products is clearly not being followed! Now I don’t eat at McDonald’s because I’m afraid for my health!⛔️
