Dear Owners / Management Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experiences at your franchise location.( mcdonald's in walmart - 6110 currents) As a customer, I genuinely believe that service and overall experience matter just as much as the product itself. Unfortunately, during my recent visits, it felt as though customer satisfaction was not a priority. The lack of attentiveness, responsiveness, and overall care left me feeling undervalued as a patron. What is most concerning is not just one isolated incident, but a pattern that suggests customer experience may not be receiving the attention it deserves. A successful franchise is built not only on brand recognition, but on consistency, professionalism, and respect for the people who choose to support it. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken constructively. Customers notice when their concerns are ignored, but they also notice when management takes meaningful steps to improve. Watched the employees not wear gloves while making and assembling food (which they are supposed to do) would not recommend. Y'all need to go back to training and please wear gloves. Was here at 10:00 am

I highly recommend you go here on Sunday at 1:30pm!! The food I ordered here was fantastic! It was hot, fresh, and made exactly as I specified. The two gentlemen Oryan and Mason in the back who made my food are super good at their jobs and their enthusiasm and pride in their work shows. Princess is running an exceptional team here at windermere mcdonalds. And she covered every base from the promotions to if I was collecring point or not. Thank you for this wonderful experience. You made it perfect.

I came here to eat lunch before shopping in Walmart. I was given such a greasy burger it was unpleasant. Two of us got sick. Now we are miserable to start our holidays. Thanks mcdonald's

Unfortunately the burger was full of grease soaked the entire bag. Fries were stale and pop tasted off. Staff was nice though. But unfortunately I spent almost 15 dollars and had to throw out my meal.
