Had a great experience at McDonald’s! The service was quick, the food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. Big thanks to Manager Rodel—he was friendly, professional, and really made sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell he cares about both the customers and the team. Definitely one of the best-run McDonald’s I’ve been to!

They don't know how to follow directions. Ordered a double double w/ my meal. I was shocked to drink a black coffee with no sugar.
Wish I could do zero stars. Worst service ever!!! Restaurant not busy! One order in front of me 15 minutes to get a Big Mac Meal. Staff member reported they were short on staff. First off as a customer this is not my fault. It’s either the manager or owner who is responsible for staffing!
This location is fairly clean and the employees all seem very hard-working and earnest at their jobs. But I'm constantly frustrated with the lack of quality of service here (it isn't the first time this one messed up, because whenever we order in advance from here, they keep forgetting to give us our orders, my boyfriend is the last one to leave and all they do is give you a coupon for the cheapest item on the menu as compensation).
They messed up my order and instead of offering me the burgers that they messed up on, they took it back and threw it in the garbage. Also, I wanted to change up my order ($13 for a couple of re-heated mcnuggets + fries + a med fountain pop is highway robbery, now that I think about it) for the Big Mac deal (for the more reasonable $9.99) which I didn't see until afterwards, but they said that was 'impossible' because I used the self-order/checkout they keep encouraging us to use at restaurants now and I couldn't get my money back because they don't carry cash at this location. So they were going to give me another coupon for an ice cream or something. Even though their ice cream machines are broken (AGAIN). Lastly, the faucet in the ladies washrooms has been Out of Order forever - which makes me wonder about the hygiene here..
I'm disappointed but not surprised. If you do order at this location, you do so at your own risk and keep your expectations low.
