Honestly, these fat food places have gone DOWNHILL over the last 5 years. All images on screen are in 4k and when the food appears it's borderline a dogs breakfast. These Ceos make WAAAAY to much money. They need to strap on the tool belt and get back to work!!

Ordered coffee and fries off the app. Get to the drive thru window and the lady tells me the fries aren't ready and to pull up. There is a pick up truck already waiting ahead in spot #2. There is no spot #1. Try to make enough room so vehicles behind in the drive thru can pass no room for that. There was a car waiting to get out behind me and no room to park elsewhere. Truck in front of me is still waiting for their order to be brought out. I ended up trying to go through the drive thru again. Wait 10 minutes at the speaker, give up and just drive up to the window. Ask where my fries are and they hand me a bag of ice cold fries. When I say they are cold the manager tells me they are "fresh" and that I was told to drive up and wait. When there is a truck already waiting and cars behind trying to get out, exactly where are you supposed to wait? Terrible restaurant, terrible food, terrible service.

Ugh one thing I can't stand is rude managers. It's very disrespectful. I think they catch a lot of rude customers and take it out on others. I think if there rude they should go find a new job. Its terrible to take it out on others they need to realize attitudes make the company successful not the job.

Horrible, the often forget things in my order and I'm met with attitude from the women there when I let the know they messed up my order. My lunch break isn't even during rush times. Service industry doesn't exist anymore, it's get what you get and move one industry. Do better

Yesterday,i ordered big mac meal with large coke and large fries and sandwich was worst i went to counter there was a lady with name tag Ranvir when i was trying to communicate with her she was not able to speak english properly i also noticed that she was yelling at her employees to speak in English but she was the one who was using her own language on her workplace she was using phone without washing her hands she touched my fries like where is your food safety bro worst McDonald's employee she was i ever met with i am never coming back to this store again.
When we got home we looked at the food and everything was burned and dry even my dog would not eat it 😞 date was dec 2 around 11 pm

Was just here to receive a old cold combo with old cold fries that most likely was make a long time ago and just sitting under a heat lamp.. Thanks for not caring about what food you give out to your customers, I won’t be back..
Parking: A very small parking lot but it’s ok because they won’t have many customers if they keep serving old cold food..
