Ordered food around 10:30 to stay and they handed my food without a tray. Tables aren’t cleaned either.

This can be your worst McDonald’s place to go to. I waited two hours for a order and I tried to call them and they kept ignoring me and when it finally came after two hours, there’s no straws for the Coke and there’s no forks for the poutine.

I got my mobile order before. In my order I had large fry but after I got home I found out that they did'nt put the fry for me. I called to the store and the girl answered my phone apologized and told me next time when I order just tell the manager my name and they will give me back my missing French fry.
Today, I order my food again and tell the manager what the story was and asking her to get my fry that I did not get before. She asked my name and go check, then she came back and said that she did not get my name al all. I told her that she should check with the employee who talked on the phone with me before, she said she could not check. Finally she gave me the fry, but the way she gave me like I was begging her and so rude. I never come back to this restaurant again. I think the girl manager is not suitable for this position.

Came here for a crispy chicken ranch poutine around 10:30pm. Got home and about to eat then I noticed the main part of the poutine isn’t there which is the crispy chicken. So I had to go back and the Filipina manager did not even bother apologizing what’s so ever. Teach your staff how to do their job properly and how to deal with customers who, you messed up on their order. It’s such a waste of time going back for something I should’ve gotten in the first place!

The service at this McDonald’s was extremely disappointing, specifically due to the conduct of the manager on duty, Jennalyn. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, she did not greet me or acknowledge me in any way. Instead, she looked directly at me and closed the window without saying a single word. When she returned, the exact same thing happened again—no greeting, no communication, just the window being shut.
When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and continued to close the window abruptly. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional, especially from someone in a managerial role. Basic courtesy such as “hello” or “one moment, please” should not be optional in customer service.
The only reason this situation didn’t escalate further was because another employee—a calm, kind woman—stepped in and actually handled the situation with professionalism.
This is not the first time I’ve seen this manager act dismissive and unpleasant, and it’s clear this is a pattern. Someone with this attitude should not be representing the store in a leadership position. McDonald’s needs to seriously address her behavior because customers deserve respectful, consistent service.
I went back to make a formal complaint and the general manager was apologetic completely agreed with me and offered a gift card.
I went this morning and someone else served me but Jenalyn (the same horrible woman) was standing beside her staring at me and talking to some guy and laughing at me. Speaking in Tagalog. Horrible experience and location I will be reporting it to corporate. Unfortunately she’s unable to just work without being combative and distasteful. She looks just like she acts disgusting.

The regular food - is consistent. Good service but they're not on top of some of the questionable folks who want to hang out/sleep at a table for indefinite periods of time!

Anytime I go to the drive-in, they pull me to the parking lot to wait 10 minutes. Not very 'fast' food
Worst experience, I ordered food and ordered as table service. The woman in the front keep saying order number this pickup the order. When I ask her but it's a table service. She said we're busy right now. It's not our problem if you're busy. Then stop giving table service. After that we ordered spicy chicken burgers but she gave normal burgers. When I ask her, she said we can add the sauce in it. Like may be they don't know the policy of mcdonalds. Very bad experience.

The service is absolutely slow and the managers are rude. I always ask for a bag and end up not getting one. Hospitality and kindness lacks severely in this place and I’d rather drive farther than stop here.

Cheese burger was good, fries were pretty bad. They charged me double for the paper bag... also messed up the sauces for the nuggets. Hard to find good help these days.
