Went through the drive through, not long ago. I asked for 10 pc chicken nugget and 1 LG orange pekoe tea DD. Paid when I got to the window to pick up the order I could immediately see that was the wrong size. She quickly remade it And as I did not want to hold up the line I did not check the drink till I got home. I ended up with coffee which I don’t drink. I’m not mad, just now I will drink a glass of water with my chicken nuggets instead.

This location lacks honesty and horrible customer service. They gave my kid an old version of Happy Meal toy ( multiversus instead of the grinch ) . You properly know what the kid come to Mc Donald for toys, not some “perfect” nuggets. If you can’t be honest with your customers , your business shoudn’t be opened .

This place ALWAYS screws up in drive thru, delivery and pick up. I get you make minimum wage but if you arent even going to check why work here if you hate your job so much you cant pay attention. Always employees yelling at customers cause some how their screw up is the customer fault. Definitely should bring in a whole new crew

When McDonald's is good, then its really good. This time the medium fries had less than a small, the bacon on the quarter pounder was overcooked and cold, and the burger was quite slimy! Then add a $0.25 charge for bag in the drive through and you have the very reason why this franchise is struggling theses days... Take the extra 30 seconds and produce a good product! Cause at these higher prices, I won't be back if all you serve is crap!

Wow! Never will I go to this location ever again, if I ever have a craving for one of their cheese burgers again. I will remember that the customer service is absolutely horrible. The Lady who handed me my food handed me my food without looking at me and her only comment that I had to assume was for me was “sauce is in the bag” and that’s it! No smile, no eye contact, no thank you for your Business.
