I walked over hoping to get 4 combos. I stood at the window. Banging on the drive through window. I don't own a vehicle and placing an order online didn't seem feasible. We were ignored, one of the workers saw me but did not approach the window and chose to ignore me. I could understand if the drive through was busy. (It wasn't) no traffic.

I made an online order at 12:20am I arrived at the drive thru at 12:25am I waited 10 mins just to get to the speaker to tell them my code (there was only 1 other vehicle in front) My email receipt is time stamped at 12:35. I literally waited another 15 mins before receiving my order at 12:50am... 5 other vehicles paid and received their order while I was waiting for mine... When I got my order, I tried asking the employee why did it take so long to get my order, and I didn't really get a clear-cut answer they apologize but I was not impressed with this lack of service

BEWARE !!! The worst McDonald's on the planet. The owner doesn't care about customer service and believes it doesn't matter how poorly the customers are treated, the golden arches will continue to bring more in. Sad thing is he is right.
Seriously be careful eating here. My husband and I ordered some nuggets and fries, the next day we are both absolutely toiling over with food poisoning. This is the third chance I've given this location and the third time I've gotten sick (this by far being the worst) as locations have off days. Sadly I've never ordered from this location and left feeling okay the same/next day.

The worst thing is that I order large coffe with French vanilla and you send me without French vanilla and I didn’t get a straw on it and the chicken snack wrap is smelling it’s not good for health. Very disappointed with Calgary trial McDouble
