every delivery order is messed up or forgotten items. They gave me a "wonderful" refund of half the price for the sandwhichs I ordered and didnt get delivered. fun part is now to go buy the same 2 sandwiches, itll cost me double what they refunded. absolute joke, waste of time. Definitely dont trust the mcdonalds location with any delivery orders

worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. in my experience out of the 5 visits I made to this location. the fries are always over cook and saltless or sat there for at least an hour while that waming lamp petrifies them. the burgers are ALWAYS cold my last visit In particular, they burgers literally sat there for I don't even know how long 25$ for inedible food. I've never been terrified of making a complaint to management before I'm scared their going to offer me food 😬

Ordered a diet coke here from an app, was not a diet coke. How do I know? I got knocked out to sleep from having high sugar levels, I'm diabetic. It's hard to differentiate between diet and regular coke for me, and it's not like I order the diet or zero version for fun. I want to enjoy drinking pop just like everyone else it's just that I have to drink that version or it will affect my health. I don't think it's hard to fill a cup with the right version of coke, it's scary to order here now.
Twice in one week we got Uber delivery from this place and twice they have missed items on our order. To the employees working there. Double check that you have all of the order before you close everything up. Your customers are your paycheck and if you keep messing up, your customers will not want to come back.

Staff disorganized and place not kept clean. They all chit chat and ignore the front counter to take orders. Staff not nice and this location just keeps going downhill every year as they apparently keep the cheap staff. Sure not what it used to be years ago.
