I’ve given this McDonald’s location several chances, and every time, they seem to mess up my order. Whether I’m ordering through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or in person, it’s always the same issue: my food is either wrong, missing items, or cold by the time it arrives. It’s frustrating when you spend money and don’t get what you paid for.
In-person service isn’t much better. The staff doesn’t seem attentive, and the policies are inconvenient. You can’t get refills on drinks, and access to the bathroom requires a receipt, which feels unnecessary.
This location seriously needs to improve its service and attention to detail because it’s consistently disappointing.

This location NEVER gets an order right. ALWAYS make sure to check your bags before you leave. They WILL forget your fries or give you hot mustard instead of your kids sweet and sour sauce. When I was 19 and 14 year olds worked at mcdonalds I got better service.....too many entitled kids with participation trophies today.

Came in the drive thru today at 12:00, the guy in the drive through had such a piss poor attitude just saying “no” over me talking before I can even finish askin my question. “No no no nope no can’t do that nope” clearly agitated and getting pissed with me. okay brotha damn who pissed in your cereal? Just askin a question because every other McDonald’s has let me get buffalo sauce with my nuggets. Sue me. Even my partner in the car was like “is this guy for real?”

When you spend $50 for food, you'd expect them to actually give them you the right food. They forgot fries to one of my Grinch meals and also forgot the seasoning packets to go with the meals. I would take my business to another location where the staff actually cares about the customer service. Get staff who actually cares about your business.

Most ignorant employees , forgot half my order I had to go back and get the order because they weren’t “obligated” to redeliver it proceeded to blame the skip the dishes driver , went to go get the rest of my Order only to receive rude ass remarks “ that’s her “ get better staff

Too busy all the time. Going in to wait 20+ minutes for a big Mac meal is insane. Waiting just as long for them to fill my cup full of drink when they barely filled was just icing on the cake.

People who work here are lazy they always screw up orders on skip. They forget items. Or you ask for things like no pickles and still find pickles in your burger. I wouldnt recommended ordering or going to this mcdonalds. They suck.

Kid-friendliness: They have a craft night on Fridays where they do activities and crafting with any kid who wants to participate. The person facilitating is fantastic! My kid had a blast and wants to go back every week. 😅
