Since the Reno to this location service has been just focused on just drive thru & pickup service. Standing in line watching for up to 10 minutes, managers walk around with their hands in their pockets. Having insufficient product is also an issue, this continually running out of baked goods

It is complete BS that you can't even go to the bathroom in this location unless you purchase something even if you purchase something in the Drive-Thru you still can't go to the bathroom the manager literally denied a child to go to the bathroom. That should be illegal and it definitely made my family of five turn away from McDonald's and never will we show our faces at that location ever again. That manager should be fired she is so ignorant and rude it is pathetic absolutely pathetic I am completely appalled just imagine if that was your child!

And let me tell you this McDonald's should be reported to environmental health Services!!!! You don't take proper hygiene protocol seriously! You don't have customers service skills!
