So this is the 3rd time I’ve given this location a chance. They either haven’t changed there oil for frying the fries or as this time my fries look almost burnt .. I’m guessing at 10:54 pm they don’t care and are re- frying the old, cold fries. Come on franchise owner do your due diligence. This is a health issue. Terrible service not polite at all girl at drive thru window. Very bad disappointed I’ll be taking this complaint further to corporate.

The young person taking orders at the drive thru missed everything on my order beside what was on the burger. It doesn’t make sense because she repeated it back to me. Unless the young person giving out food just was giving out random items because I was only one of two in the drive thru. Not blame the kids, they obviously need a new manager.

This location was recently renovated. It happens to be on my way to work so I'm there (admittedly) too often. The place operated fine before the renovation but now it's terrible. The drive thru is much slower, twice I've had to just get out of line before even paying and skipped getting an order.
Other times, orders are wrong or very poor quality (missing patties, no cheese, wrong items). 50% of my recent orders are wrong very slow or both. I've pretty much stopped going here unless I have extra time to both wait and also get an order fixed if messed up.
Recommend you go elsewhere.

Probably the worst McDonald’s. Waiting at the register for 10 mins and nobody came, even though I asked someone to assist me at the register as there kiosk machines weren’t working. nobody seemed to care that everybody in line was waiting over 10 minutes and nobody came over to apologize either . Terrible management and a terrible location. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
20 minutes for 2 kids meals. Food is always trash but that's probably more of the cost cutting by corporate. I hate every experience I've had at McDicks lately.
