I was in the drive-thru looking for the BTS TinyTan toy. I thought they might have number 7, and I overheard the manager (Jacky) say to me, “OMG, we already said no #7.”

Is this really how a manager should treat a customer? I come to this location almost every single day, and I was shocked to be spoken to like that. As a manager, you’re supposed to set the standard for excellent service. Instead, I felt dismissed and disrespected.

Working in fast food is definitely hectic, but that’s no excuse to take out frustration on customers. A manager should always lead by example, showing kindness and professionalism. Because their team will follow their behavior when dealing with customers.

I hope this issue is taken seriously because I value McDonald’s, but experiences like this make me feel unappreciated as a loyal customer.

I am really disappointed in the night staff’s service. I waited for 33 minutes for 2 iced teas. I guess I could be deemed a fool for waiting that long, however I had nothing better to do. I tried to doggone cancel the order because it took eons to be ready. I felt like I was in a cruel time warp where normal minutes weren’t real. My children that haven’t even been born are through college now. I truly do not understand how it could take this long.

Unfortunately this McDonald’s did not meet expectations. Had to wait around 10-15 mins in the drive through for our meal, and they didn’t do it correctly. My wife’s wrap was thrown in without being wrapped, the drinks were wrong, her hash brown was hard enough to possibly chip a tooth, and in a city where they make you pay an extra 25¢ for a bag/napkins/straws, they forget straws. Will only return here if it’s convenient.

Two of us had breakfast about 0900. The place was busy, but with lots of open seats. It was very clean. Ordering at the kiosk was easy. The food came quickly. Service was polite and professional. The food was very well cooked and presented. BONUS! ... they had a fully stocked condiments station so you didn't have to ask for things.

We much recommend this McDonald's.

When I was a teenager, I remember always having staff assigned at LOBBY to make it clean.
Infortunately this restaurant is filthy. There are many tables dirty, the floors were full of garbage…
I asked for someone to wipe a table and the seat. They did, but with a wet SERVIETTE. She wiped the table, and seat… one swipe on the seat.. and left it very wet…. UNREAL..!!!!
the washroom is decent. And this is at 10am.
I live close by… I hope they make this restaurant more tidy all the time.
