DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. I have genuinely never had a good experience. Genuine bare minimum service, can tell that my burger has been sitting out for hours. Fries are disgusting and they forgot all of my sauces which I PAID for. This is a common occurrence everytime I’ve ordered here. The night shift clearly don’t care and it shows in the service they provide in both online orders and in person. Really hope to see something change here

This location is so disappointing, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. We ordered a Happy Meal, and my child was so excited to open it when we got home. Unfortunately, the toy was supposed to be the Grinch, as advertised, and even the Happy Meal box featured the Grinch. Naturally, my child expected a Grinch toy, but to our surprise, it was still Wiltopia. This isn’t the first time—previously, we encountered the same issue with the Minions and Sonic toys. Instead of Minions, there was Sonic inside. What a joke this location is!
Newly renovated store. Food was normal McDonald's food. Not to happen paying for a paper bag though .... nothing in life is free anymore.

The delivery service at this location has deteriorated. On delivery orders 4 times out of 5 items are missing. Even if it is checked off on the receipt as included the item is still missing.
They should remove the 2 Breakfast Burritos off the menu because the staff can't count. If you order 2 x 2 Burritos you should received 4 burritos. But almost every time I will only receive 2 burritos. I have started to just order 4 single burritos, although it costs more, to ensure I receive all 4. But like I said above there are no guarantees you will receive all the items on your delivery order.
Also I noticed the tortilla on the breakfast burritos is always dry and crumbly, I believe because they are not made fresh and are reheated in a microwave. I have started asking for extra cheese so they have to make fresh but I think they are starting to open up the old dry burritos to add cheese.
The new renovations are nice if you are dining in and then you can complain directly if items are missing or incorrect.

I wish I could give zero stars. I went to this location this morning to pick up a mobile order. Normally, I go to the Winterburn location because they provide better service, but my wife wanted to give this one another try. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating. They didn’t provide a drink tray for our three drinks, which made it difficult to carry them, and I ended up burning my hand on the large coffee. To make matters worse, the straw wasn’t included in the bag and had to be handed to me separately while I was already juggling the food. Overall, the service was disorganized and disappointing.

A McDouble used to cost $1.99 a couple of years ago. That and an order of small fries cost $6.45. your food is definitely not worth that kind of money. McDonald's- I'm not lovin' it and I'm done spending that kind of money on your marginal, at best food.
