The morning drive through staff are phenomenal. They’re all such rays of sunshine and so kind. I stop here in the morning sometimes after work and it’s much appreciated after a long shift. Keep up the excellent work!

When you talk about customer service. This store should be a Canadian standard. Yes, they might have shortcomings during busy hours but they make up for it everytime this thing happens. They always make sure you are happy before leaving their restaurant.

Was shocked when it was over $18 for a 10 piece Grinch nugget meal. The tatortots were delish however the nuggets were like coal.. so hard that you couldn't even bite the. Sad that were to the stage of if it was a mom n pop restaurant we would never go back but yet its OK for a major chain to sell subpar food that's majorly over priced.

Waited over 23 mins for two cups of coffee there was 2 ppl in front ordering and that's it it's not like it's super busy or something front of the store have to be deal with better since they just care about drive thru

Terrible! This is one of the slowest McDonald's in Edmonton. Incredible. Also had to repeat my order 9 times because apparently when I say coke, it sounds a lot like sprite.... Wow

Stupid slow, got ignored for 10 minutes. Found out they didn’t even start making my PICKUP order until I got there, waited 15-20 minutes over all for something that should have taken 1 minute.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. I have genuinely never had a good experience. Genuine bare minimum service, can tell that my burger has been sitting out for hours. Fries are disgusting and they forgot all of my sauces which I PAID for. This is a common occurrence everytime I’ve ordered here. The night shift clearly don’t care and it shows in the service they provide in both online orders and in person. Really hope to see something change here
