it’s only 9am in the morning had to stay here and have breakfast while waiting for my car oil change nearby. I order hotcakes but it not even hot. time prep sits already 45mins wen they serve. Washroom u can really tell if its even get cleaned. its gross napkins with blood, ban aid in the sink, and dirty toilet.. should have at least someone to look after from time to time. as its not sanitary safety.. specially lots of kids goes in mcDonalds.

They value keeping their drive through times low over customer satisfaction. They will make you park even if you're the only one in the drive through and your order is just 1 min from being ready.

Coffee is always awful at this location, and they charge more than other McDs in the city for other stuff as well. There’s a way better McDs just west on Stony Plain Rd.
Poor service and communication . Being told by cashier that the English muffin will be burned after toasting it twice even though I had ordered my breakfast the way I wanted it . Didn't get what I asked for so I went elsewhere

We had a poor experience at this McDonald's. Our order was incorrect - missing fries and a burger with ketchup despite requesting no ketchup. After three drive-thru visits to fix the issues, the staff and manager were unhelpful and rude. The situation escalated with a customer behind us getting involved and insulting me. Given the mistakes and poor service, we'll avoid this location in the future

Experience at this location was awful. Claims to be a 24-hour service, however wouldn’t allow inside service after 12AM. Tried to contact someone at the door, after no service, attempted contact through the drive thru. Received ignorant response and terrible communication. Was told that if I contacted an uber driver to come through for me, then I could be served. What’s the point of 24 hour service if it only applies to auto customers? Probably won’t choose to spend my money at a McDonalds anytime soon.
