They sually mess up your order especially if you have a large order with multiple meals and you are going through the drive thru. Usually we will get home then find out half your meal is missing. In which you are supposed to call to get a free fry at that point it doesn't matter you are not going to drive back to get French fries. If spending 50 to 60 bucks it shouldn't be that complicated to complete the order and put what the person ordered into the bag.

The manager refused to sell me food because I didn’t have a car. It’s good to know that the privilege of low quality late night fast food is only for individuals that can afford a vehicle. The manager told me she would be fired for allowing me to buy burgers on foot because their dining room was closed but failed to explain a logical reason why. I ended up having to ask a different customer in a vehicle to buy me food. This is why McDonald’s has customers, not guests. Pathetic.

I normally don’t write reviews, but what I experienced today is beyond anything I’ve ever seen — and this message goes directly to McDonald’s leadership and to the store manager.

I fully understand that Canada is currently facing serious challenges with homelessness. I get it. But today I came here with my children, and the entire restaurant smelled overwhelmingly like urine and feces. The odor was absolutely indescribable. The only reason I stayed is because my kids really wanted to eat here.

You need to address this urgently. I don’t know if the staff are having trouble removing homeless individuals from the premises, or if there simply isn’t a proper cleaning system in place, but the situation is unacceptable.

I usually come to this location through the drive-thru and have never had an issue. But stepping inside today was shocking. The facilities look nice visually, but the smell inside is unbearable.

This requires immediate attention.

What kind of service is this you buy food for this mc donalds and they ask you if you need a bag and charging 25 cents for a bag that you cant re-use..terrible idea..next thing you know they will charge if you want your burger on the wrap or fries on the box...🤣😆🤑
