Want a drink? Sure, but wanna refill of just water? Nope not a free refill they will charge you 11 cents just to refill your cup with water. Disgusting store front too. I was met with horrible attitude too. Just great 🙄

I ordered a McCrispy expecting, well… a McCrispy. What I got looked (and tasted) like it retired from active service days ago. Dry, hard, and flaky like someone tried to reheat last week’s batch and call it “juicy.” When I mentioned it, the staff told me it was juicy. I had to laugh to keep from choking.

McDonald’s, please if this is your definition of juicy, we need to revisit the dictionary. I’ve had more moisture in a desert breeze.

On a serious note, consistency matters. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect something edible and at least close to your own marketing photos.

Disappointed to find this location doesn’t carry the new Vegetarian Burger being advertised everywhere. I understand it’s a small location, but it’s the only one in the mall. A&W will continue to be my go-to with their multiple veggie burger options & multiple locations in the mall

We had a disappointing experience at McDonald’s today. We waited for our order for more than 15 minutes, and when we finally received it, we didn’t get any napkins, straws, or bags. The service was quite slow and disorganized. Hopefully, the staff can pay more attention to details next time.

The Brand standards at this location is at rock-bottom, i bought a mcflurry that looks like it’s ready to be thrown away ( it went to the garbage anyways 😂) and the funny part was the woman smiling at me when she served the rubbish 😂😂😂

This McDonald's is a small outlet located in the busy food court of West Edmonton Mall. Despite the long queue (which is expected at a place like WEM), the service was impressively fast and efficient. I ordered a Happy Meal, and as expected, it was the classic McDonald’s experience — consistent, no surprises. The food was typical McDonald's fare: quick, familiar, and exactly what you'd expect. Perfect for a quick bite while shopping or taking a break at the mall. Nothing exceptional, but it gets the job done.

Went there this morning to get coffee & breakfast and after I was done saying how I’d like my coffee the Filipino lady decided that’s all I was ordering today. I had to tell her I wasn’t even done ordering yet.. 2-3 transactions when it should’ve been all on one receipt?? Not wanting to give people their earned points ? Or just being lazy?? Or being rushed? What is it?!
Not impressed. Especially for an 8 am order and no one behind me.

Rude worker rolled eyes and glared at me super unhelpfu. I do not recommend eating here as there was worms found in my food and a bunch of gun fun and the food. I seriously don’t recommend all the workers were super rude and it took me four hours to get my food. Please don’t eat here. Thank you.

I recommend avoiding this McDonald’s location. The wait times are excessive — I had to wait over 10 minutes just for a single drink. The staff seemed indifferent and the operation appeared very disorganized.
