Just wanted nuggets, fries and a drink. I got my nuggets and asked for a root beer and ketchup but instead got sprite and sweet and sour sauce. The only McDonald’s in the mall but the rest of the food court is better. I recommend A&W.

My fries were Bitter. Please change that fries frying oil for God’s sake and be generous with flavour in drinks not just ice🙄

had a disappointing experience at this store. The indian manager was very rude and did not greet customers properly. When the store got busy, she seemed overwhelmed and panicked instead of managing the situation. If the manager behaves this way, it raises concerns about the training and leadership provided to the team. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve customer service.

I attempted to eat here. I waited 20 minutes in a line up. Which was expected in the mall, however the mcdonalds app haven't loaded that entire time. And once I got to the counter to order we had to wait for my code and I found out most of the menu is different at this location. I explained I wanted to see the prices for certain items and the screens kept rolling without showing the item. So she told me the prices via looking at her pos system. I didnt agree to the purchase and decided on A&W around
the corner in the food court. Quality is assured with A&W . Meanwhile at mcdonalds you say two words other than thank you and they direct you to the kiosk to order 😅 shameful.

I ordered here 20 minutes ago, the cashier rushed my order and gave me the wrong order. I did the math and I ordered a meal deal which is 8.49. I also ordered a small coke and large fries but he combined it so I got ripped off, don’t go here

Workers are very disrespectful they did not take our orders properly and when i came back to correct them, the filipino workers were talking in their language complaining and pointing. The one with bangs realized i was filipino and hid in the back.

The staff is rude and impolite. I show the staff my promo code and she did scan it, but claimed I didn’t show her the code. Couldn’t get my meal deal. This McDonald is sucks. So I walked to A&W in next door. Staff are nice and helpful.

No all day breakfast for some reason and they stop earlier than other locations!

Only mcdonalds in this massive mall does not have enough space or staff to handle the massive lines. They cant do BLTs they didn't have the filet o fish. Worst mcdonalds in the area. You got rid of the best Equipped mcdonalds in the mall and left the worst Equipped mcdonalds to serve all of west ed..... that's messed up.

We waited just about 4 minutes, but McNuggets were cold and McFlurry almost melted. Not good place to visit

Natasha is the rudest mcdonalds crew that i ever encounter.. you should not be in customer service full of attitude.. you should be at the back not facing customer
