McDonald's has been going downhill lately. Usually they're missing parts of my order and this time was no exception. Make sure you double check your order before leaving because they can't (or won't) do much once you've gotten home. Honestly I'm not sure why I bother though because it seems like most managers don't even care. One time they promised me coupons in the mail which I have yet to receive (months later). Fact is they don't care much for you as a person beyond just taking your money. Absolute garbage.

I don't know how the staff did their job, but my hamburger was charred inside, they still intentionally clamped the meat in to cover it. Very unsafe for health when customers eat them.

It's February 2024. The McRib is back. It's a big deal, cause for celebration. Except for one problem - this location decided they didn't need to carry the McRib, during this momentous occasion. So what's the point? I'll go somewhere else, somewhere that actually wants to serve their customers the promised product.

They charge $.80 to upgrade medium fries on a meal to large fries and this is legit what I just got (more than most locations). This not the first time this location has done something like this to me. Y'all gotta do better than this for real. It's awful!
